Introduction of the Accommodation
- DESIGN -
TRUNK (HOTEL) CAT STREET is crafted using a variety of natural materials, local Tokyo resources, and reused materials, all of which have been intertwined with human history for millions of years. The design reflects the delicate craftsmanship of handcraft techniques, the unique sensitivity of Japanese artistry, and a blend of historical and contemporary aesthetics. It harmonizes elegance with modernity, old with new, and combines contrasting materials to create something fresh and innovative. By embracing the characteristics of various methods and materials, we aim to express a unique vision. We use gentle materials for areas that guests touch, creating a space where one can feel at ease and relax, even in the bustling metropolis of Shibuya. Every detail and material is carefully selected and thoughtfully designed to provide a serene and comfortable environment.

- SOCIALIZING ITEM -
A hanger for your jacket. A mug for your coffee. Even the sanitary box installed in the restroom. All of these are original items crafted under the concept of "Socializing." Designed with consideration for the entire cycle from production to disposal, they are kind to both the environment and people. From TRUNK(HOTEL) CAT STREET, we present our socializing items. - Room Sandals: Made by recycling leftover rubber from sandal factories, these sandals are crafted with a focus on comfort. Breaking away from the traditional "disposable" concept of hotels, we offer "sandals" instead of slippers, allowing guests to wear them outside or take them home for continued use. - Bath Amenities: From shampoo and face wash to lotion and body cream, items that come into direct contact with the skin are made with materials that are gentle on both the skin and the environment. Using only natural ingredients sourced in Japan, these 100% organic items are certified by "ECOCERT," an international organic certification body based in France. - Jewelry Box: A collaborative item designed by a designer based in Shibuya using B-grade leather with imperfections or irregular shapes, and crafted together with individuals from welfare workshops in Shibuya Ward.

TRUNK(Hotel) CAT STREET offers a total of 15 rooms. This includes 4 suites with unique themes and playful designs such as the TERRACE SUITE and LIVING SUITE, as well as 11 standard rooms each featuring distinctive artwork curated by TRUNK(Hotel) CAT STREET. Suitable for various uses beyond the conventional concept of hotel rooms.

We offer two unique restaurants: "TRUNK(KITCHEN)", an all-day dining venue at TRUNK(HOTEL) CAT STREET, and "TRUNK(KUSHI)", specializing in skewers.
