I stay here every year for the Hanakae Festival.Perhaps because more competing hotels have opened, it may not be good news for the Hotel, but over the past couple of years I’ve been grateful that I haven’t had to use a paid parking lot.Regarding what I mentioned in the title: the toilet in the men’s bath on the second floor has a warm-water bidet seat (maybe the type used since opening?), and since last year it suddenly restarts while in use, making it practically unusable.It’s disappointing that this has been left unattended for over a year.Please replace it with a TOTO unit.Also, a competing Hotel that opened near Heiwado seems to have secured parking even at locations that require quite a walk.I don’t mind if cars parked on-site are charged as well; I would like you to use those fees to help cover parking costs for cars parked off-site.I will stay again.Thank you very much.
