Hidden Inn of World Heritage: Fruit Forest
Iwate Prefecture/Ichinoseki, HiraizumiAll rooms are equipped with natural hot spring Hinoki baths. Rejuvenate your mind and body in Iwate, a region abundant in nature and fresh ingredients.
The onsen property "Fruit Forest" features rooms with 100% natural hot spring water flowing into Hinoki wooden indoor baths, providing relaxation for both body and mind. Private open-air baths are also available, allowing you to enjoy the seasonal scenery outside the window while experiencing luxurious moments. The simple tatami-matted rooms offer natural warmth, helping you unwind. We serve dishes made with abundant local ingredients from Iwate, tailored to the season.
Located in Hiraizumi, it was conveniently situated with easy access to sightseeing spots, yet the Room even had two baths with free-flowing natural hot spring water. It was two days of pure enjoyment of continuously flowing hot springs. We could also use the neighboring Momo-no-Yu, and at night we enjoyed a fun performance at the theater. Dinner was thoughtfully prepared and very delicious, and the doburoku we ordered with it was also excellent—I searched for it at Hiraizumi’s roadside station and bought some to take home as a souvenir. Among all the Accommodations I have stayed at, this one remains one of my most memorable top-class experiences.
Yahoo!トラベルユー... 3/29/2026Both the room and meals were excellent. The hospitality of the staff was also outstanding. The only concern was that access to the large public bath was a bit inconvenient. Overall, I was extremely satisfied. I would definitely like to visit this accommodation again.
