We stayed here for our second son’s birthday.At dinner, they celebrated with a cake and gifted us photos, and during bar time they gave the kids balloon art—our children were thrilled.They also enjoyed the dinosaur-finding mission; there was so much to do that one night wasn’t enough.As it’s still quite new, we’re excited to see how this Accommodation develops in the future.

You kindly considered our seating at meals, and also let us know ahead of time when it would get dark for the performance and when there would be louder sounds, so both our child and we could relax and enjoy our stay.We had such a wonderful time, but at the very end our child suddenly became afraid of the Shuttle Service bus back and couldn’t get on. Even then, you responded immediately with thoughtful support, and we were able to make it to the Shinkansen on time. We are truly grateful to all the staff for always being so attentive and kind.During our stay, we enjoyed the baths, the play area, and all of the meals! Our child especially loved the breakfast rice balls made fresh on the spot. We were too full to eat the late-night snack, so we’d love to visit again next time.Above all, being touched by the warmth of everyone in Yamagata has become a wonderful memory for us. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us!

Natural Hot Spring Bath
The large public bath, boasting the highest water volume in Tendo Onsen, features an indoor bath, open-air bath, and a barrel sauna. We also offer nine unique private onsen baths (free of charge) with different themes such as the "Dinosaur Bath" for children and the relaxing "Firefly Bath." Private baths do not require a reservation and can be enjoyed as many times as you like at your convenience.
