The Property, located at an altitude of 760 meters in a highland resort, is situated on the southern foothills of Mt. Iwate within the Towada-Hachimantai National Park. It features a 1,300-year-old sulfur Onsen, a scenic lift, a campsite, and a ski resort. Nestled at the base of Mt. Iwate, which boasts a beautiful sweeping slope, the Property offers a breathtaking panoramic view of Koiwai and the Shizukuishi Basin.
