This was the first Hotel where we could enjoy sunrise, sunset, and the night view over the peninsula from our Room. On top of that, the staff’s thoughtfulness was reflected in everything—the spotless cleanliness of the Room, the variety and arrangement of amenities, and even the selection of drinks in the refrigerator. It was simply outstanding. Communicating with the staff and manager was truly comforting, and they were so considerate with the Shuttle Service that we almost felt bad. Even a small comment would be met with “How about this?” as they did everything possible beyond any manual—so much so that we felt we shouldn’t casually mention anything. When we told them it was to celebrate our daughter’s graduation and new job, they created unforgettable memories for us with a handmade bouquet and a champagne toast. Our daughter kept saying to both the staff—and even on our flight home—that she would work hard and definitely come back again. It seems this Accommodation has become a goal for her. There is still so much more I can’t fit here, but among all the Hotels we have stayed at, this became our very best Accommodation. It was a warm place where you could truly feel everyone working together to think about how to make guests happy. Thank you very much. We will be back again.

Thank you very much for your kind hospitality the other day. We were blessed with wonderful weather, and our stay in Amakusa was truly a happy one from the bottom of our hearts. The lovely Room, the magnificent views, the skin-beautifying hot spring, the flavorful cuisine that was also a delight to the eyes, and the tableware by local artists that enhanced each dish. We were also deeply impressed by the fluffy towels and the warm, attentive care from your staff throughout our stay. It was a memorable and wonderful Accommodation that made us want to return again. The cuisine, hospitality, and Facility were all outstanding. Meals in particular were wonderful. Each dish was carefully prepared using local ingredients, and I couldn’t wait for the next course to arrive. The staff who served the meals also gave helpful advice on drinks and provided thorough explanations of each dish, so I was able to enjoy dining at a relaxed pace even as a solo female traveler. Breakfast was delicious as well. If I have the chance to visit Izumo again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

We stayed with a young child, and we were warmly welcomed, making our stay comfortable and truly memorable. Thanks to being seated in a private dining room, we were able to enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace. Not only was the Room wonderful, but the host was truly kind. Even though I contacted them just two days in advance to plan a surprise celebration for my companion, they prepared a message plate and even decorated the Room for us. I’d love to stay again.

Although the building was old, it was kept very clean, so we had a comfortable stay. After enjoying sightseeing at Amanohashidate, we took a bath and enjoyed delicious crab dishes until we were full—very satisfying. We also appreciated the Ryokan owner’s perfectly balanced hospitality—attentive without being intrusive. Next time, we will visit again with our daughter who loves crab.

My long-held wish to stay here during cherry blossom season finally came true. The cherry blossoms right in front of me were soothing, and I was moved by the beautifully illuminated garden and the moonlit night. The host and all the staff were wonderful—warm, attentive, and made my stay very comfortable. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, featuring plenty of seafood. (They kindly made rice with conger eel that I couldn’t finish into rice balls, which I enjoyed later as a tasty late-night snack.) This is a truly wonderful Accommodation that I would love to visit again in another season.

This was my second stay. Upon arrival, I was welcomed with tea and sweets, along with a delightful chat with the proprietress. And the view of the Pacific Ocean from the spacious Room... so soothing. Right after check-in, they took many photos for us at the front desk and by the entrance, which became a wonderful keepsake for my spouse and me. The Room was clean, quiet, and allowed us to enjoy a truly luxurious time. It’s a Hotel we’ll want to visit again, even if it’s far away.
