We had a very comfortable stay. The Onsen was wonderful, and my skin felt smooth after bathing. We visited to celebrate a family anniversary, and we truly appreciated your thoughtful attention during our meal. It was especially impressive that all the staff greeted us with warm smiles at all times. Thank you very much.

It was a wonderful Accommodation. The spacious open-air bath on the 11th floor with a view of Lake Biwa and the open-air bath on the 5th floor surrounded by trees and stone were both excellent. There are also large public baths and private baths, so it didn’t feel very crowded.\nThe in-Room open-air bath was also enjoyable, with thoughtfully designed latticework that still allowed a view of the lake.\nThe food was delicious, and we were able to relax and savor it in a private dining room.\nThis time we spent most of our time sightseeing, so our stay felt too short—we really wished we could have stayed longer, and we’d love to stay again.
