When traveling to the Kanto region, I usually stay at Richmond Hotel. This time, I stayed at Musashi-Kosugi after a while. The hotel is conveniently accessible from Haneda Airport, and there are convenience stores and supermarkets right in front of the hotel. Additionally, it’s very convenient for traveling to central Tokyo or Yokohama as multiple train lines are available. The price is reasonable, and the quality of service is excellent—I am very satisfied. I will definitely use this hotel again. It’s perfect for business trips or casual travel with friends without any complaints. Furthermore, the facility is impeccably clean throughout. Thank you very much!

This was my third stay. When choosing both the sea and a comfortable Hotel on Okinawa’s main island, I always end up wanting to stay here. For me, Moon Beach in Onna Village is the most beautiful, and this Hotel has a charm that enhances the beach’s appeal. The well-maintained greenery that blends into the beach and the low-rise design that makes great use of the pool Facility create a calm atmosphere that feels like being in another world. I can also sense the unseen efforts and thoughtfulness of the staff, who respond so gently, and I have never once felt uncomfortable here. The Room, pool, and lounge are all clean, you can feel the breeze, and it’s so comfortable that I want to stay for hours. Meals are breakfast buffet only, but there is a wide variety. I stayed three nights; I don’t think the menu changed much, but there were enough options that I didn’t get bored. Even in April it was around 28°C, so we could swim in the sea. Near one end of the beach there are fish swimming around, which you can enjoy watching with goggles. Also, I hope you’ll visit Yo Island managed by this Hotel at least once—there is a guide included and you can snorkel comfortably and have a great time. At night, because of its convenient location, restaurants are just a short walk away—and even after drinking you can walk back easily, which is another plus. One thing: I wish the laundry area had fewer broken machines/parts and felt a bit cleaner. Keeping all of what makes this Hotel special—I know it must be hard work for everyone on staff—I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

The room was very comfortable, and both dinner and breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The hot spring was wonderful, and the biggest surprise was the Sky Hot Spring—it was truly delightful.

I stayed for one night on the last day of my trip. It was very convenient, just a 1-minute walk from my desired dining spot. The top floor had large windows with an amazing view. Both the accommodation and room were clean and well-maintained, leaving a positive impression. The twin room felt a bit small, but considering its location in the downtown area, it seemed reasonable in size. The public bath was satisfying as well. I also enjoyed the late-night soba service; it was delicious. However, one issue was that the room slippers were too thin to wear comfortably. Other than that, everything was perfect—100 points! My family and I stayed at Cassiopeia. This time we booked No Meals Included, but honestly, in winter it would have been better to include meals. The roads are dark at night, and with icy conditions it was quite difficult to go out for dinner. The villa itself is wonderful and very comfortable, and with the clear air, quiet surroundings, and beautiful sunsets and sunrises, it truly feels like a place to relax and take things slow. Next time I’d definitely like to book with meals included so we can unwind at the villa in the evenings. For anyone visiting in winter, I highly recommend having your meals at the villa!

I had a very comfortable stay. The lounge staff's service was particularly impressive, maintaining a perfect balance in their approach, leaving a great impression every time. One disappointing point was the bathroom shower; regardless of the time of day, the water temperature would drop significantly even when set to quite hot, making it too cold to use at times. The meals at Keyakizaka, Fiorentina, and in-room dining were all delicious.

Perhaps because there were only two groups staying, it was very quiet, and we were able to relax in the bath and enjoy it three times—at sunset, at night, and in the morning. The weather was great, so under the clear winter sky we could gaze at a sky full of stars from the bath. The food was also excellent. It was our first stay here, but we ended up making our next Reservation on the same day we checked in.

This was my first stay. The Hotel is located right in the heart of American Village. The convenience is a perfect 100 out of 100. There’s a convenience store directly connected to the hotel lobby, and restaurants are just steps away once you step outside. Parking is free and located next to the hotel. The Room was clean and spacious enough. Unfortunately, my Room didn’t have an ocean view but instead faced Hilton Chatan—still, no complaints! It’s an ideal Hotel for enjoying food and drinks in American Village. I also appreciated the variety of options, from business-like Rooms to luxurious ones with pools—it offers great flexibility for different needs. I’ll definitely stay here again when visiting American Village!

We stayed as a family of four at the beginning of the year. We arrived by car, and as soon as we pulled up to the underground parking drop-off area, we were promptly guided and had our luggage taken care of. The luggage was brought to our Room immediately after we entered. The process was very smooth, allowing us to check in with peace of mind. The sauna’s automatic löyly was excellent. The 8.6°C cold bath was amazing. The water pressure in the “out-of-body” jacuzzi was truly impressive. It was a top-class large public bath.

This was our first stay at the Renaissance with two children, and it truly felt like a paradise for families. There were plenty of activities to enjoy throughout the stay, and with many restaurant options, we really enjoyed the food as well. The ocean was beautiful, and we were able to fully experience the resort atmosphere. The Room was clean, spacious enough, and very comfortable. One point: we chose a Room with club lounge access, but the offerings felt a bit underwhelming. In particular, I would have appreciated more variety and larger portions for the evening food. Personally, I also think being able to enjoy beer from lunchtime would make it even better. That said, with club lounge access we could use the “Dolphin Splash” activity for free, which was great fun and very popular with our children.

We stayed here for a trip to Hakone to celebrate my mother’s 88th birthday. The Room was spacious and comfortable, with a direct view of Mt. Fuji, and every dish at the French dinner was excellent. My mother was truly delighted, and we were very satisfied. Although it was a bit small, it was also great to be able to use the large public bath at such a luxury Hotel. (At Fujiya Hotel, there was only the in-room bathroom.)
