There are two private bedrooms, each with two beds. In addition, there are two sofa beds on the second-floor loft area of the living room, so even a large group can stay very comfortably. The bathroom is also spacious, and it was wonderful to be able to enjoy the Onsen. The amenities were well stocked, and we had no inconveniences during our stay. The kitchen faces the living room and is very easy to use, with plenty of tableware and cooking utensils provided. A hot plate was also available, so we all made sukiyaki together and enjoyed a fun meal—another great memory. Above all, we would like to express our gratitude regarding the wine opener. We rented the entire villa (capacity 8) but stayed with just four people, so our family could truly relax. For dinner, we treated ourselves and chose the Premium BBQ. The ingredients were excellent in both quantity and quality, and we also enjoyed a surprise thanks to our Diamond member benefits—everything was delicious. For breakfast, we had a great meal at a nearby cafe.\nThe in-room bath was an Onsen and felt wonderful. Our child, who usually only bathes at night when traveling, liked it so much that they even went in again in the morning.\nThe Room amenities were so well equipped that one night wasn’t enough to make full use of everything. We came hoping to see Usuzumi-zakura, but the blossoms opened early this year and we missed them, which was disappointing—but thanks to TEF, it still became a very enjoyable trip. We visited on a three-generation family trip. On the day, strong winds caused the ferry from Shikoku to be canceled. Because we were traveling from far away, the Hotel called to inform us, which we really appreciated. Fortunately, we had planned to come via a port on the Honshu side, so we arrived safely, but their thoughtfulness made us happy. We had two Japanese-style Rooms next to each other. They were typical Japanese-style Rooms and you could feel their age, but they were very clean and well maintained. The view from the Room window was spectacular. When we woke up early, we could also see the sunrise and start the day feeling refreshed. Dinner was served at table seating in a large banquet hall. It was luxurious with local ingredients, and we were completely full. The staff member serving us chatted with us about various things, which was enjoyable. For the sea bream rice cooked in a pot that we couldn’t finish, they kindly made it into rice balls so we could have it as a late-night snack. It was very delicious even when cold. We caused extra work for them, but we were truly grateful. Breakfast was buffet-style, with a wide variety of dishes and very satisfying. The large public bath also had an amazing view. The washing area was spacious and there was no waiting at all. It was thoroughly cleaned as well, which pleased us. In the early morning bath time, surprisingly many guests were already up early too, and it felt open and relaxing—a wonderful bath. I don’t think the building itself is new, but because everything was kept so clean it was very comfortable and pleasant to stay here. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. There were many smiles among the staff and they greeted us properly—it’s a Hotel where you can really feel how good their hospitality is.

We drove from Kanazawa Station by rental car, first visiting the Nanao and Wakura Onsen area before heading to Hakui. The stunning Chirihama Nagisa Driveway is right in front of the Hotel (you can even walk there!), and across the road is “Michi-no-Eki Noto Chirihama,” with plenty of local products. The Hotel offered lots of welcome services on arrival, and the all-inclusive drinks at dinner were great. The Onsen bath also had a pleasantly silky feel on the skin, so we went in many times. The next morning, when returning to Kanazawa, it was also very convenient that the Chirihama IC entrance to the toll-free Noto Satoyama Kaido expressway was right nearby.

I love the view of Kumamoto Castle from the rooftop, and I always enjoy staying here. The Room is simple yet comfortable. There is a wall-mounted mirror and an outlet by the table where you can dry your hair or do your makeup, and a hair dryer is also placed within easy reach. It may be a small detail, but I really appreciate the thoughtful layout designed for ease of use.

I have stayed at this Hotel three times over the past year. The nostalgic and warm atmosphere of Tomonoura feels more like returning to my hometown than just traveling, and I am always impressed by the attentive hospitality of the Hotel staff. We stayed here on the last day of our trip from Saitama to Ise-Shima. As it is my wife’s hometown, it was deeply moving, and we spent the night with special feelings as a final way to make memories. We were upgraded to a premium floor on a high level, and the view and night scenery were outstanding. The amenities were more than satisfactory, and it was an excellent Room. Hamamatsu Act City was truly exceptional—so moving that it brought tears to our eyes.
