The staff were polite and approachable, and the Room was clean. The Onsen was not crowded, so it was easy to use. There were also free drinks and a table tennis table, which I enjoyed with friends. I only had breakfast, but there was a wide variety of options and it was delicious. If I have the chance to visit again, I will return.

I was very much looking forward to this stay. Although prices were high everywhere during the New Year season, I chose this place hoping for a somewhat better experience. The entrance and lobby decor were lovely, and while the portions of each dish were not large, the meals were very delicious. The miso soup at dinner was so tasty that I had seconds! Perhaps because I expected a certain level of quality from the Ryokan, some aspects stood out to me. The staff in charge of service and cooking appeared to be foreign nationals. While this is not an issue in itself, their Japanese was limited, which often required me to adjust how I communicated with them. It might have been just on that day, but it seemed they hadn't learned how to properly wear traditional kimono attire and still had much to learn about customer service. The room with an Onsen was absolutely wonderful; warm Onsen water constantly flowed into it, allowing me to enjoy it countless times during my stay. However, perhaps due to structural reasons, there was mold around the sink area and spider webs could also be seen—this part was disappointing.

We stayed as a couple with our Shiba Inu. At first, it was hard to find the way from the entrance to the front desk and we got a bit lost, but after that the staff were friendly and welcoming with warm smiles. From the entrance to the Room, carrying your dog is allowed. The Room was spacious and had a semi-open-air bath that stays dry even on rainy days, and it was kept pleasantly warm 24 hours a day, making it very comfortable. For this price, this Room was outstanding. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent and we were very satisfied. We would love to stay again if we have the chance.

Every dish in the meal was outstanding—the best of any Ryokan I have stayed at. I was also surprised at how delicious the seasoning was even on the fried item we were given to take home, made from the remaining fish. The Room was clean and well kept. The staff’s service was just right, and it felt very comfortable.

The service is truly attentive! Even the bus driver in charge of the morning route is so pleasant—maybe an even bigger smile than Disney! Starting your Disney day with such a warm send-off makes you excited from the moment you get on the bus. The Room is spacious in that Hyatt way, and everything—from the sofa to the lighting—feels comfortable. If you love salads, be sure to add breakfast. I remembered how relaxed I felt after my last stay, and thought, “Let’s go stay again—and go to Disney too,” so that’s how we decided on this trip! We’ll definitely stay again next time!

Although it is a bit far from the station, the Shuttle Service makes up for it, and it’s interesting that Dormy Inn uses a system that is rare for the brand. Another highlight is the view of Mt. Iwaki from the open-air bath; while it can be cold in winter, the snowy scenery was absolutely breathtaking.

I stayed here for sightseeing. It’s conveniently located close to both the station and the expressway, and within a short walk to the ferry terminal for Itsukushima Shrine. Amenities are available buffet-style, and it was a nice touch that you can choose bath salts for the in-room bath. The SARAYA shampoo was also good. With a humidifying air purifier already in the Room and a restaurant you can use without a Reservation, I felt there was great attention to detail to ensure a comfortable stay.

This was my third stay. When choosing both the sea and a comfortable Hotel on Okinawa’s main island, I always end up wanting to stay here. For me, Moon Beach in Onna Village is the most beautiful, and this Hotel has a charm that enhances the beach’s appeal. The well-maintained greenery that blends into the beach and the low-rise design that makes great use of the pool Facility create a calm atmosphere that feels like being in another world. I can also sense the unseen efforts and thoughtfulness of the staff, who respond so gently, and I have never once felt uncomfortable here. The Room, pool, and lounge are all clean, you can feel the breeze, and it’s so comfortable that I want to stay for hours. Meals are breakfast buffet only, but there is a wide variety. I stayed three nights; I don’t think the menu changed much, but there were enough options that I didn’t get bored. Even in April it was around 28°C, so we could swim in the sea. Near one end of the beach there are fish swimming around, which you can enjoy watching with goggles. Also, I hope you’ll visit Yo Island managed by this Hotel at least once—there is a guide included and you can snorkel comfortably and have a great time. At night, because of its convenient location, restaurants are just a short walk away—and even after drinking you can walk back easily, which is another plus. One thing: I wish the laundry area had fewer broken machines/parts and felt a bit cleaner. Keeping all of what makes this Hotel special—I know it must be hard work for everyone on staff—I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

We stayed here as a couple on a trip to Mie and it was wonderful. The building isn’t new, but it’s very clean and well maintained. The meals were served in our Room, so we could dine in a relaxed atmosphere. Everything was delicious, and the recommended sake was excellent as well. Above all, the staff attendant’s service was outstanding. We had a great time chatting about the WBC—it was so much fun. The attendant from Myanmar was also very polite and wonderful. I believe the quality of a trip comes down to the people. It turned into a great trip. Thank you very much.

This was my first time staying here. I was glad the Agara Lounge was open, but I would be even happier if it were truly all-inclusive, with drinks available during meals as well. The sashimi at dinner—especially the Katsuura tuna—was all fresh and delicious. The bath water quality was excellent, with a pleasantly silky Onsen feel.

We stayed in a room with an open-air bath to create memories during the stable period of pregnancy. We were able to fully enjoy the open-air bath in our room after check-in, after dinner, before breakfast, and after breakfast as a couple. Since we informed them during the reservation that I was pregnant, they kindly prepared grilled dishes instead of raw food for our meals, which made us very happy. The parking lot was also smoothly guided. We would love to visit again after our child is born.

Arriving in the rain, as I was wiping my bags, the staff immediately came over and kindly offered to wipe them for me. They also lent me an umbrella when I went out, which was a great help. It’s not a luxury Accommodation, so I rated the rooms and Facilities 4, but it was clean, and considering the value for money, it deserves a 5. The scenery and relaxing atmosphere were very soothing. I stayed in a room with an open-air bath; I also visited the Accommodation’s baths several times and they were almost always private. The staff were friendly, and their warm service left a great impression. Masuya Shoten just before the Accommodation has an excellent selection of Kirinzan sake, including limited editions. A little further before that is a supermarket called Kawachiya where you can buy Aizu-direct horse sashimi. I also recommend the Miyagawa Kojiya miso used at the Accommodation.

We visited on a last-minute trip to Kagoshima. In a word, everything was wonderful!! In the Room, there were plenty of warm layers and blankets to help with the cold, and since the sea is right in front of you, marine shoes were also provided. For meals, we could choose between dining at the restaurant or having dinner served in our Room after we arrived. If there’s one thing that might be a matter of preference, it would be that the Onsen is quite unique, so opinions may vary. At dinner, we received a lovely surprise for our family anniversary—thank you so much! All of the dishes were delicious. Since we stayed on a Saturday, it was disappointing that breakfast didn’t include kibinago sashimi. Instead, they prepared a special soup for us. It was such a luxurious bowl—I felt incredibly lucky. Because it was a cold day, they gave us plenty of hand warmers. Even so, all the staff came out and waved until our car was out of sight. Thank you for all the comfort and relaxation from arrival to departure. Next time, I’d love to visit in a warmer season.

I’m glad I stayed here! The Room, the view, the bath, the hospitality, and the meals—everything was wonderful. In particular, soaking in the open-air bath while looking out over the Tsugaru Strait was pure bliss. There was a small misunderstanding about my Reservation details and it caused an issue, but the Hotel staff responded kindly to my request, so their hospitality was excellent in that respect as well. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes and was delicious, though I felt the seafood was fairly average (perhaps because my expectations for sashimi were especially high since this is Hakodate).
