I fell in love with Kushiro and this was my second stay. The Hotel is close to the sunset tour departure point, and its central location made it easy and convenient to get anywhere. Even with a small child, the Room was spacious and clean, and the Hotel staff were warm and welcoming. The front desk and breakfast venue staff were especially kind, making our trip truly pleasant.

I visit Miyako Island every year, but I never realized there was such a beautiful villa on Ikema Island. As shown in the images on IKYU's "Accommodation Introduction," the red-tiled roof and white walls of the building stood out beautifully against the blue sky and sea. The exterior alone was breathtaking, but the ocean view from the room was stunning as well. The private pool seemed to be one of the largest on Miyako Island, spacious and deep enough for adults to swim comfortably, with crystal-clear water that was incredibly clean. While some furnishings in the building and room felt slightly aged, they added charm and made for a comfortable stay. The staff were all cheerful and friendly, making it a very pleasant experience overall. Next time, I hope to visit during a warmer season when the water temperature is more comfortable. This is a conveniently accessible Stays along the Sazanami Street. There is ample space on the premises, so you can unload your luggage at the entrance before moving your car to the parking space. On the first floor, there is a lobby and front desk, as well as a bright and open café salon and dining area facing the lake. The atmosphere inside the Property is quite stylish, with a pension-like feel. There seems to be a shortage of staff, so contact with staff is mostly limited to the front lobby and dining area. Accommodation is only on the second floor. All Rooms have large windows facing the lake. Since there is no elevator, some guests may find it difficult to carry their luggage up to the second floor. The Room I stayed in had a panoramic bath with a full glass window on the lake side, continuing into a tatami Room with a bed placed across the glass wall. You can enjoy a wide view of the lake from the bath through the glass wall while sitting on the bed or chair. The bath is maintained at a comfortable 41 degrees Celsius 24 hours a day. Since the bath is on the window side, it is not expected to be cold even in winter. Including the washroom and toilet, the Room is either newly built or renovated, making it functional and comfortable. The bed's comfort and Room temperature control are excellent. Thanks to good soundproofing, you cannot hear any traffic noise despite frequent traffic passing by. Although there is quite a loud BGM playing in the corridors and dining area, it is not audible inside the accommodation Room. The dining area has counter seats facing the large windows on the lake side. The long counter is divided into sections for two people each with tall partitions. Although the guests were quiet, you can hear other guests' conversations. There also seem to be table seats that are not at the counter. The cuisine is gourmet as per the Review. The dishes seem to reflect the chef's pride and dedication (as expected), which may lead to differing preferences.

Stayed during the November holiday. The freshly baked croissants at breakfast were delicious. I also took a walk on the beach, where the breeze was pleasant, and I enjoyed the beautiful view of the sea. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in.

We stayed in the Luxury Suite as a family of four. The Ryokan slippers were a bit hard and uncomfortable to wear. Other than the distance and cold walk from the Room to the large public bath, everything was excellent. The rental yukata and hair accessories were lovely. On snowy days, we recommend avoiding the Yamanami Highway. We are grateful for the front desk's kind advice on the best route home.

The staff were very friendly and kind. The Plan included breakfast, and the Japanese-style breakfast was truly delicious—I would love to have it again. The Room was spacious, and having access to the pool made for a wonderful stay. Thank you!

I found this Accommodation while looking for a Plan without dinner, and I was truly impressed by the staff’s wonderful smiles and thoughtful hospitality. I would love to stay again. Since I don’t drive, I was worried about getting around locally, but the Shuttle Service between Wakura Station and the Accommodation was very helpful.

It’s built almost right on the coast—amazing. Below your Room is a seaside promenade (if you wave to people walking by, they’ll wave back). Even while indoors, you can enjoy breathtaking views of Jogashima. A Multiple Night Stay is highly recommended. Fufu’s meals are overwhelmingly better than other Hotels in the same price range (both in quality and quantity), and the Jogashima-style cuisine—different from other Fufu properties—is also outstanding (seafood-focused; even the requested breakfast curry is a seafood curry). The view varies by Room (depending on the direction, some Rooms offer sunrise and Mt. Fuji views while others do not), which makes returning even more enjoyable.

We stayed with a 0-year-old and a 3-year-old. We went out during the day and their clothes got dirty, but there was a washer-dryer so we could wash everything right away! Also, the terrace was spacious and the view was beautiful, so our daughter practiced the violin outside. Next time, we’d love to stay longer. The beds were very fluffy and the kids slept really well. The spa was also great—there aren’t many places where children are allowed, so they really enjoyed it. One suggestion: there wasn’t a high chair for kids at mealtimes, so it would be nice if one were available.

Unfortunately, the weather was not favorable and it rained, but I still enjoyed the creative space and the ocean view. It made me want to stay again soon. However, it would have been better if there were hooks in the bathroom for hanging clothes or towels.

We stayed here for a trip with two families. The bright and spacious living room was amazing. With two bedrooms and two toilets, there was plenty of private space. The kids loved the loft, which felt like their own secret hideout. The electric bicycles were convenient to use, and the stylish tableware, cooking utensils, and appliances added to the excitement. Although there is only one bathroom, which sometimes meant waiting for a shower, the villa's impeccable design made up for it—it’s truly stunning! One suggestion: for Multiple Night Stays, it would be helpful to have an extra face towel per person since drying them takes time even with a dryer when accommodating many people. Overall, we were extremely satisfied—everyone agreed that we definitely want to stay here again! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

We stayed one night in the Sakura room for our silver wedding anniversary trip. The location was excellent, allowing us to enjoy the serene and dignified atmosphere of Sanzen-in and other sub-temples early in the morning before the arrival of group tourists. The service, cuisine, and garden were all wonderful. It is a Ryokan we would like to visit again. Thank you very much.

The ocean view and service were excellent, but for a Hotel of this class, the lack of amenities in the Room and the use of a very cheap hairdryer left a poor impression.

Before visiting Himakajima, I researched accommodations and found that the reviews were not very favorable, so my expectations were low. However, the staff at the accommodation were all incredibly hospitable, providing exceptional service throughout my stay. While it was not an onsen, the large public bath was spacious and relaxing, offering a similar experience with views of Ise Bay and Mikawa Bay. The sunset from the room was extraordinary—a scene reminiscent of a novel's opening line describing "a magnificent twilight," visible across the peninsula. The only disappointment was hearing that octopus catches have been poor recently. I look forward to visiting again when I have another opportunity.

This was my first time staying at an accommodation where we rented the entire property. The house was spacious, and the kids were thrilled! The view was amazing, and it felt truly luxurious! However, the road leading to the facility was quite complicated and steep. It felt narrow enough to wonder if a large car could pass through safely. When we unlocked the room and entered, the air conditioning wasn't on, so it took quite a while for it to cool down. There were some insects, but having a vacuum cleaner available was very helpful. The food was delicious! We had shabu-shabu, and I noticed there were a lot of shiitake mushrooms—quite amusing! There was plenty of food overall, but for big eaters, I recommend buying extra before arriving. Once inside, going out at night is challenging due to the complex roads. The amenities were high-quality and satisfying. However, since the dishwashing detergent provided is eco-friendly, it struggled with removing oil stains effectively. We stayed as a group of seven people. The rice cooker provided was small, so we had to cook rice in two batches. It would have been nice if there were sanitary boxes in the toilet. Although there were some minor concerns here and there, we truly felt luxurious during our stay, and we enjoyed spending quality time with family. The view was absolutely stunning—we left feeling very satisfied! Thank you very much!

Located by a beautiful beach, you can enjoy ocean activities and stunning sunsets. The Room was very spacious and comfortable, but there was a smell like insecticide or disinfectant when entering the Room. You get used to it after staying in the Room for a while, but it is noticeable again upon returning. Other than that, the Hotel, restaurant, and friendly staff made for an enjoyable stay. The location is convenient with good dining options and shops nearby.

The food was outstanding—especially the “texture,” which was truly masterful. Every staff member was kind, attentive, and provided wonderfully pleasant service. What impressed me most was how impeccably clean the Room and the entire property were. Usually, any Facility has at least one disappointing point, but here everything was spotless down to every corner—there wasn’t a single negative point. This was the most impressive Accommodation I’ve ever stayed at. It was also great that I could use Points to stay at a very good value this time. The only downside during our stay was the weather, but even so, the location is beautiful and I’m completely satisfied—10/10! I’m sure it would be 12/10 on a sunny day, so I definitely want to come back again.
