We stayed as a family of three, including my wife and child. The location was truly amazing, with an expansive ocean view right in front of us that felt incredibly liberating. The premium feel of having only three villas added to the experience, and the Room was sophisticated, impeccably clean, and featured modern yet calming interiors that were very relaxing. The meals were refined and made with an abundance of Yamaguchi's local specialties; each dish was carefully prepared and absolutely delicious. Despite traveling with a small child, we received attentive support from pre-arrival consultations to our stay itself, allowing us to enjoy our time worry-free. The staff's thoughtful hospitality could be felt throughout our visit, making for a comfortable and happy experience until the very end. We are deeply grateful to everyone at Grand Retreat Setouchi Iwaya and would love to visit again someday. Thank you so much!
