Yumoto no Sho Yume Hotaru

It takes about two hours after getting off the expressway to reach this Onsen town.It’s quiet, yet the baths have excellent water quality, and the meals were delicious—fresh, crisp sashimi and more.The food was so lavish you’d never guess it was the cheapest meal Plan.All of the staff were courteous and welcoming, always with a smile.On our Amakusa trip, we’re glad we chose this Accommodation.We had a wonderful day.

I used this trip as a gift for my parents. It was our first family trip together, and we were really looking forward to it, but when we entered the Room I opened the refrigerator to chill something and found a half-finished tea. I felt disappointed right from the start, thinking it hadn’t been cleaned. I wanted to mention it at the front desk, but I held back because I didn’t want to feel any worse. After that, I started noticing things—there was quite a bit of grime on the window frames as well, possibly fingerprints—which was disappointing again. The Onsen water was silky and wonderful. There was plenty of food, but we couldn’t finish it, so I would have preferred slightly smaller portions with better quality. The service from the man who seemed to be the manager was good. Among the other female staff members, there were noticeable differences—some were kind and others not so much.
