Although it was cloudy on the day of arrival, I was able to enjoy the view the next morning. The Room was new, very clean, and comfortable. Above all, both dinner and breakfast were unique, delicious, and enjoyable. The hospitality was outstanding. I enjoyed sightseeing in Amakus

Our family of four stayed for one night over the New Year holidays, and it was a wonderful stay that far exceeded our expectations. As it has only been two months since opening, the Accommodation was exceptionally clean and beautiful. The living room—about 50 m²—felt modern yet warm, with thoughtful attention to detail throughout. There is a wood-burning fireplace, and spending time there while playing our favorite music through the large speakers was truly special. One entire wall facing the sea is made of windows, and watching the sun set into the horizon from the living room left us speechless. The spacious terrace also offers an incredible sense of openness. The bath with sauna features modern marble design, and soaking while enjoying the outdoor view was deeply relaxing both physically and mentally. Another highlight is the long stay: check-in at 15:00 and check-out at 15:00 the next day, allowing you to unwind and fully enjoy an extraordinary getaway. Meals are arranged at a restaurant at “LOQUAT Nishiizu,” about a 15-minute drive away. The restaurant is set in a beautifully renovated traditional house with great character—completely different in atmosphere from the Accommodation—so it feels like enjoying two Hotels in one trip. It was also surprising (in a great way) that three meals are included for a one-night, two-day stay. Dinner—the Italian course—was excellent, so we chose to have even the complimentary lunch on the following day as a full course as well, and it did not disappoint. The staff were outstanding too. From arrival to departure we were assisted by one dedicated attendant who provided truly wonderful service. Everyone clearly has strong passion for energizing Nishiizu, actively taking on new initiatives such as strawberry picking exclusively for guests. This is an Accommodation I would love many people to experience.

The rooms and service were excellent, and we were very satisfied. We also dined at the restaurant on the first floor for dinner, and it was of a very high standard. If I may make a suggestion, the last order is at 8:00 PM, but extending it to around 8:30 PM would have been appreciated.

There was also complimentary ice cream for guests at the annex café, making it truly all-inclusive. It was a wonderfully fulfilling Hotel stay. There were so many food options that I couldn’t try everything, but everything I had was great. Personally, I loved the meringue cookies

During a temporary trip back to Japan, I stayed here with my mother who lives in Japan to celebrate my own birthday. Although I did not return on my actual birthday, I was truly touched by the celebration you arranged. I was also deeply impressed by everyone’s wonderful hospitality—it was an unforgettable experience. I used the fitness facilities twice during my stay, and the pool and jacuzzi were very comfortable and relaxing. I also appreciated that sunscreen was provided. I had forgotten to apply it, so it was a big help. This Hotel had been one I had always dreamed of staying at “at least once in my lifetime,” but now it is a Hotel I want to return to again and again. On my next trip back to Japan, I would love to stay here again. My mother, who traveled with me, was also very happy. It felt like a meaningful way to show her appreciation. This was a very cozy, dog-first Accommodation. We ordered a dog menu for dinner, and although our dog usually leaves vegetables, we were surprised to see them finish everything with the venison in seconds. Our meals were also very generous at both breakfast and dinner—almost too much to finish—but everything was delicious and we ate it all. Our Room was quite spacious, and perhaps the Facility has been updated; the unit bath was extremely clean, the bathtub was large, and it helped us recover from a long drive. We would definitely like to stay again if we have the chance.

Stayed in mid-August Staff: All staff members were exceptionally pleasant. Dinner: The on-site Italian restaurant served delicious dishes, including those featuring pike conger and eel, paired with perfectly matched wines for a satisfying experience. Breakfast: A healthy breakfast with just the right portion size. Room: Impeccably clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and pleasant stay. The view of the sea over the yacht harbor and the sunset towards Enoshima was stunning. (The staff provided a note with sunset and sunrise times along with the room key at check-in, allowing us to enjoy these moments perfectly.) Amenities: Equipped with high-end amenities, including the latest ReFa hairdryer and Nespresso machine. Bed: Though I don’t know the brand, it had an ideal firmness for a very comfortable sleep through the night. B&O Bluetooth speaker provided excellent sound quality; we played background music from our smartphone all day long. Overall, this is an incredibly pleasant accommodation where we enjoyed a wonderful holiday. It’s one of those hotels you’d want to visit repeatedly!

Located in a very convenient area of Miyajima. The meals were excellent, with both dinner and breakfast being incredibly delicious. The staff were extremely kind and provided thoughtful advice not only for sightseeing but also for our stay in Hiroshima after check-out, which was truly impressive. The view from the open-air bath was stunning, but the Room's private bath was also excellent. Everything else lived up to its price. I would love to visit again!

Following our stay in January, we returned for another Multiple Night Stay. It was so comfortable that we changed our plans and came back to Ishigaki Island again this February, and had an amazing time. My companion went fun diving and encountered manta rays every day, and was thrilled to get closer than ever before. We look forward to staying with you again this year—and also on our already confirmed Reservation for next year!

We were given a complimentary upgrade to a Room with a balcony overlooking the ocean. The Room was spacious and spotless, and the bathtub was large and comfortable enough for my 183 cm husband to stretch out and soak. The breakfast buffet offered such a wide variety that we couldn’t try everything, and it was all delicious. As expected of Marriott, it was a Hotel we would definitely like to stay at again.

We stayed here with our dog. Both the bath and the food were excellent. Above all, every staff member was wonderful—during check-in and check-out, in the dining area, and even when we passed each other in the hallway, everyone greeted us with a smile, which left a great impression.
