Deluxe Room, double breakfast included, for 2 guests 1) Location Excellent. Subway station and JR station: 5–10 minutes on foot. TV Tower, Clock Tower, and Hokke no Hamakko: about 10 minutes on foot. Former Hokkaido Government Office Building, Susukino, and Ramen Sumire: about 15–20 minutes on foot. On a clear day, walking above ground is recommended; on rainy days, the underground walkway is recommended. 2) Parking There is an underground parking lot, so it’s reassuring even if you drive. JPY 2,000 prepaid. You can take your car out during your stay, and even after check-out (depending on how busy it is and the time of day), they were willing to accommodate us at roughly the same price if we consulted the front desk—much appreciated. 3) Facility The room was quiet and clean; the Room was spacious with no feeling of being cramped, and the bed was large enough for two people to sleep comfortably with plenty of space. The bathroom was a unit bath but surprisingly spacious—about the size of a larger apartment bathroom—and very clean. The toilet paper holder rattled loudly, so it might be better to add rubber or something between it and the wall… There was a Nespresso espresso machine with plenty of capsules prepared (4 regular and 2 decaf), which I really appreciated. There was an air purifier, but it had no water in it and wasn’t turned on… It would be nice if it were ready to start with one button or if there were a brief note explaining what to do. The restroom on the lobby floor was disappointing—extremely small and old—and seems to need renovation as soon as possible. Not suitable for modern people with long legs. 4) Amenities A full set of cleansing products and toothbrushes were in the Room; everything else is picked up at the front desk. I think this initiative is very good. However, being asked at the front desk “Which ones do you need?” while looking at a list—and receiving only what you name one by one—made it a little hard to ask for things even when you want them. 5) Service The staff were wonderful. From casual conversation alone, you could tell they weren’t just going through motions—they genuinely cared—and it made this Hotel feel special. In large hotels (regardless of rank), service often varies because many different people work there; however, this Hotel truly felt comfortable throughout our stay. In particular, at breakfast buffet on April 19th, a female staff member with shoulder-length hair worn down inferred from my question that I might have allergies; she wrote down notes about what ingredients were included in various items and brought them to me without making a fuss—thoroughly prepared yet polite and warm—and her kindness really came through.I hope her supervisor will praise her if they can figure out who she was; she was truly natural and wonderful.Please note that my husband—who rarely gets time off due to work—was visiting Hokkaido for the first time on this short 1-night/2-day trip thanks to you he enjoyed this trip very much Thank you

ANA Hotel Sapporo used to be my regular Hotel.In recent years, with increased inbound demand, it was often hard to make a Reservation, so I stopped staying there as much.This time, I found a great-value package and stayed again.I was very satisfied with the result.I didn’t have breakfast, but the 1F craft beer and craft coffee café “NEIGHBOUR Roast & Brew” had the best atmosphere, thanks to the staff’s smiles and how comfortable it felt.Of course, I was also very satisfied with the Hotel staff’s service overall.I rated my satisfaction as 4 only to leave room for future expectations.I believe this is a Hotel that can still get even better, and I’d like to stay again.
