I could really feel ...
I could really feel the history in the Room, but I thought it was a wonderful Accommodation!! First of all, the food was delicious!! The sashimi served salad-style was unusual, but I enjoyed it so much. The meat and soba were all delicious!! The meat was so good that having rice as well would have made it even better (lol). (The meal was the soba Plan.) And the buffet-style pickles at dinner were way too good!! This also made me want to ask for extra rice. My child accidentally spilled miso soup and it got on the food, but they kindly remade it for us… I could have cried. Also, the private open-air bath was spacious and great. (Going in while it was raining is a good memory too.) When we left, they even wiped our car windows… I was truly impressed by their hospitality. If I had to say one thing, I wanted to try the tempura buffet too… (Of course, even without tempura everything was delicious and we were completely full.)

Thank you as well for all your compliments about the cuisine. We are very pleased to hear you enjoyed everything from the sashimi salad-style dish and the meat to the soba and pickles—this will be a great encouragement to our head chef and kitchen team. We also smiled at your lovely note, “It would be even better with rice…”—we were happy to feel how much you truly enjoyed the meal. Thank you for mentioning our response when your child spilled miso soup. Traveling with young children can involve many concerns, so we are glad if we were able to help you feel at ease during your stay. We are also happy that even bathing in the private open-air bath in the rain became a good memory for you—what a wonderful travel moment. It means a lot that you could enjoy even the weather as part of the experience. And thank you for noticing even our small gesture of wiping your car windows upon departure and describing it as “hospitality.” Your words are our greatest motivation, and they remind us once again how important these small acts of care are.
