We held our wedding at this Hotel two years ago, and this was our third stay, this time with children. The baby room facilities were well equipped, which was great. The hospitality was excellent, and we also received the IKYU Diamond member benefits. I think it was a perfect Hotel stay.

We drove from Kanazawa Station by rental car, first visiting the Nanao and Wakura Onsen area before heading to Hakui. The stunning Chirihama Nagisa Driveway is right in front of the Hotel (you can even walk there!), and across the road is “Michi-no-Eki Noto Chirihama,” with plenty of local products. The Hotel offered lots of welcome services on arrival, and the all-inclusive drinks at dinner were great. The Onsen bath also had a pleasantly silky feel on the skin, so we went in many times. The next morning, when returning to Kanazawa, it was also very convenient that the Chirihama IC entrance to the toll-free Noto Satoyama Kaido expressway was right nearby.

I always enjoy a comfortable stay here. This time, the heating in my Room wasn’t working well and it took a long time to warm up, so I contacted the front desk and they responded quickly. They promptly prepared another Room for me and arranged a move, and even provided a small heater in case the new Room hadn’t warmed up yet. Thanks to the staff’s courteous support, I was able to spend the rest of my stay comfortably. Thank you very much. The Annex staff are always kind and pleasant to deal with, which I really appreciate. I look forward to staying again.

Thank you very much for taking care of us for two nights. There were so many dishes that we couldn’t finish them all, and each piece of tableware was wonderful. We also appreciated your accommodation of allergy-friendly meals and meals for pregnant guests. We were happy that the items in the Room refrigerator were free of charge. We were also delighted to find Domohorn Wrinkle amenities provided. The staff’s attentive hospitality was excellent, and we would love to stay again if we have the opportunity!

This was my second visit. When I came by bus from Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto Station, the staff kindly picked me up at the bus stop. The ride from Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto Station also felt very quick. It was a snowy winter with a cold wind, but the building blended in beautifully with the town’s atmosphere, which I felt was part of its charm at this time of year. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent—every single dish, from the ingredients to the seasoning, was wonderful. After a delicious meal, I enjoyed the Onsen to my heart’s content and was able to truly relax. I’ve come to love Esashi as well. I will visit again. Thank you very much.

We stayed again as a couple (with our dog) for the first time in two years. We heard it would start raining from the evening of our arrival day, so we came just after 1:00 p.m. hoping to let our dog play in the dog run. When we explained this at the front desk, they kindly said, “Of course,” and welcomed us right away. We let our dog play for over an hour and thought he must be tired, but before we knew it, it was time to check in. As always, everything was spotless down to every corner. All amenities were placed within easy reach, making for a comfortable start. He still wanted to play and kept staring at the dog run from the second-floor balcony, but raindrops began to fall, so they kindly took us by boat to New Awaji Main Building. We enjoyed a luxurious bath there, then took a wagon Shuttle Service back to Shimahana. Everywhere we went, all staff greeted us with warm smiles, and we were able to head into dinner feeling great as usual. The “Seasonal Delicacies Course” was an outstanding meal carefully prepared with seasonal ingredients—gentle enough for an older couple like us—and every dish left us feeling refreshed both physically and mentally. This is the number one reason we want to return again and again. The next morning we also enjoyed the breakfast buffet heartily (forgetting our age). As expected, everything was delicious. Because of yesterday’s rain our dog didn’t quite get enough exercise, but we left truly satisfied thanks to your wonderful hospitality. We hope to return again soon. I made a Reservation because I wanted to try staying in a dome tent. I didn’t expect the bath and toilet to be down the outdoor stairs, but we still had a very comfortable stay. The bath was amazing! We could relax in a private space, and the amenities were far better than expected. I couldn’t believe they even had a Dyson hair dryer and a ReFa hair iron! The meals were also excellent—everything was delicious! The kids’ menu was luxurious too, and breakfast was fantastic! The inside of the dome tent was comfortable as well. We had so much fun with the games we borrowed and laughed a lot. And since there’s plenty of distance from other tents, noise wasn’t an issue at all. I’d love to visit again if I get the chance!

I have stayed here several times, and each time I look forward to staying in a different Room. Each Room has its own unique open-air bath, and this time the cave-style bath was especially enjoyable. The water temperature was perfect at any time, and I went in many times. The meals were beautifully presented with seasonal ingredients, pleasing to the eye and very satisfying in taste as well. It may be a signature dish, but I always look forward to the “Amakusa Daio Sawani-style soup,” and it was truly delicious again this time. The service was also very attentive and comfortable. I felt deeply relaxed both physically and mentally—thank you very much. I’m already looking forward to deciding which Room to stay in next time.

I stayed here with my wife on a trip to Kagoshima. Because it was raining and our flight was delayed, we couldn’t really enjoy the view, but we thoroughly enjoyed the Onsen with excellent water quality. The water is strongly alkaline and leaves your skin silky-smooth—personally, I loved it. The staff were all pleasant, and the meals were delicious without being overly large. Overall, we were satisfied with the Room that has a bath, except that the bathroom is fully visible from the bed. A curtain or similar covering on the bathroom door would help even middle-aged couples feel more comfortable. A great Onsen in a convenient location near Sakurajima and Ogawa Falls. Located near the port side of the International Hotel. A room with a great view. If there is availability, they assign you your preferred room based on past preferences. This time, I got that room again! I was so happy—it felt like a victory moment! Recently, my trips back home have been extremely busy, and the only time I can relax is during those brief moments after returning to the accommodation. The mountains and sea visible from the room were incredibly soothing! Thank you so much for this experience. It truly revived me. Although it's part of a hotel chain, it feels like a luxury hotel inside. Even as someone who is very particular about cleanliness, I keep coming back because it's spotless—and yet still affordable. The sauna was excellent, and the dinner not only offered delicious food but also warm hospitality from the staff. Watching the sunset, gazing at the starry sky, and soaking in the morning sun while sitting outside allowed me to truly unwind. The breakfast was also very satisfying

I stayed for one night. The staff were polite and very kind. The food was delicious, so I was very satisfied! Next time I come to Zao, I plan to book a Multiple Night Stay. The ropeway and lifts were right in front of the Hotel, which was very convenient!

This quiet riverside Accommodation was very relaxing; our Japanese-style Room had a sofa, and we could occasionally hear the song of bush warblers. Both the indoor bath and the open-air bath were pleasant, with excellent hot water. The meals made great use of local ingredients and were delicious. We would like to stay again when the season changes.

The building had a solid, luxurious feel—truly an upscale villa. When I entered the Room, everything was coordinated with calm-toned furniture, and I was able to relax completely. I was told that every Room comes with a private pool and jacuzzi, and they were even better than I imagined. It felt less like staying at a villa Hotel in Japan and more like being at an overseas villa Hotel. Of all the Hotels I’ve stayed at, this was the one where I felt the most privacy. What’s more, the refrigerator in the Room was stocked with plenty of drinks—water, juice, tea, Orion beer—and everything was free of charge. Even after drinking them on the first day, complimentary drinks were replenished again the next day. During my stay, not only were the Facility offerings wonderful, but I was also comforted by the staff’s attentive, kind, and gentle service. We added both breakfast and dinner for three days, and I was surprised that every meal came with a different menu. It never got repetitive—I could enjoy delicious food every day. Best of all, when you Reserve a Room you receive a complimentary rental car. When I visited Miyakojima before, making a rental car Reservation was difficult. During peak season it can cost as much as your Hotel stay, and just searching for an affordable option is hard work. Being able to use a rental car without that hassle was truly great. Before staying here I thought it might be a bit expensive; however considering the quality of the meals plus the complimentary rental car and all those free drinks in the refrigerator, it actually felt like excellent value.
