Everyone was always so pleasant, and our whole family had a wonderful time—thank you very much. I used the large public bath twice this time and tried the cosmetics provided, and by the next day my dry skin felt smooth again. Also, while walking along Miyajima’s shopping street, I found the grilled oysters with various sauces sold at the storefronts to be delicious, so I would be happy if they could be offered at dinner as well.

I came to Kyushu on a trip for my mother. We chose this place because the Reviews were truly excellent about the cherry-blossom garden, the Onsen, the lobby lounge that feels like a top-class Hotel, the food, and the staff—and in the end, it was exactly as described in the Reviews, or even better. First of all, the chocolate fountain with the welcome drink was absolutely amazing! The staff member who guided us to our Room was also very pleasant. We stayed in a detached Room, and it happened to be peak cherry blossom season—the view of the garden in full bloom from our Room was breathtaking! And we could enjoy it all to ourselves; my mother was deeply moved. And above all, the food was outstanding. The natural flavors of each ingredient were brought out beautifully, and every dish was perfectly seasoned. We enjoyed Kyushu ingredients we had never tried before, served on beautiful tableware—everything showed careful attention to detail. My mother kept saying throughout dinner how incredible this chef is! The explanations when each dish arrived were thorough, and their thoughtful service made for a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience. I was also happy that we could keep admiring the cherry blossoms while eating. The quality of the Onsen water was excellent as well. We fully enjoyed everything: an open-air bath that changes between night and morning, a rare tatami bath, and even the bath in our Room. Truly—whether it was the staff, cuisine, Room, or Onsen—everything was exceptional. This became an unforgettable Hotel for us. I would definitely love to stay again. I’m sure maintaining this level of quality is not easy, but I hope nothing changes. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality.

I booked a Room with a private bath for a trip with my mother. Although I wasn’t familiar with the area, the location is excellent, and you can enjoy a relaxing bath while looking out over Shirarahama Beach. Dinner and breakfast are also served in the in-Room dining area. The Room is spacious and comfortable, as it was created by combining two Rooms during renovation. There is also a massage chair by the window, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the view of Shirarahama Beach. The meals were delicious as well. I would love to stay again.

Our family of four stayed one night in the Miyabi Wing. We could feel the attention to detail throughout the building, starting with the ceiling, and everything we needed was provided, so we were able to relax comfortably. It was our first time staying at an Accommodation that had not only a hair dryer but also a hair iron. There were two standard EV chargers in the parking lot, and we were able to charge for 1,000 yen per session. While enjoying the wonderful views of Lake Ashi and the surrounding mountains, we used the open-air bath in our Room many times. The large public bath was also very clean and had a sauna; my daughter said it felt great. The French cuisine was excellent—from dessert all the way to the canelé we received as an in-room meal. We visited to celebrate our younger child’s school entrance, and it became a truly memorable trip for our family. This is an Accommodation we would love to visit again. This was my first time staying at this Hotel. The Room facilities were very clean, as if they had just been renovated. It was also nice that the toilet and the bath/vanity area were separate. The view from the Room was beachfront and wonderful. There are several restaurants near the Hotel, and there is also a convenience store downstairs, which is very convenient. I was surprised to see so many Southeast Asian guests at the breakfast venue. I would like to stay here again.

With breathtaking views of Kouri Bridge and the emerald-green sea, I was able to comfortably balance time at the Hotel with sightseeing around Kouri Island and nearby areas, making for a highly satisfying stay. This time, I stayed solo for three nights. I had visited Kouri Island before on day trips, but this was my first time staying overnight. What impressed me first upon arrival was the beauty of the view from both the lobby and the Room. Looking out over the emerald-green sea, Kouri Bridge, and the sky and greenery beyond the terrace, time naturally felt slower, and I felt it was an environment where you can truly enjoy the stay itself. The Room was spacious, with tasteful furniture and amenities. Both going out exploring and spending time in the Room were comfortable, and even during a Multiple Night Stay I never grew tired of it. Using this Hotel as a base, I also explored northern Okinawa (Cape Hedo and Daisekirinzan). The balance between travel time and relaxing at the Accommodation felt just right, making it an ideal location to enjoy both Kouri Island and northern nature without overextending yourself. Dining at Restaurant “OCTO” also left a strong impression. From octopus paella to vongole bianco, every dish was delicious, and I could take my time enjoying my meal in a calm setting while admiring the view. In addition to three breakfasts included in my Plan, I visited multiple times during my stay—once for lunch and three times for dinner. All of the Hotel and restaurant staff were wonderful—friendly yet respectfully unobtrusive—which made me feel at ease throughout my stay. The limited-time sauna was also memorable. In addition to a poolside sauna setup, using the pool as a cold plunge—and then reclining on chairs in the pool while looking out at Kouri Bridge—made for an exceptionally open-air experience unique to this location. I believe one of this Hotel’s greatest strengths is how well it lets you enjoy both sightseeing and your stay without leaning too far toward either. If given another opportunity, I would love to visit again.

First, the temperature of the free-flowing natural Onsen in the Room was not too hot and very comfortable, so we enjoyed it many times. The food was also fresh and very delicious. We also appreciated your accommodating bedding for a family member with a down allergy. Thank you very much. There is a whisky bar on the first floor, and my husband, who loves drinks, was delighted. I’ve stayed at various Hotels through IKYU, and this was the best experience I’ve had so far. I’ll never forget the views of the sea and sky from the open-air bath. Our Room was a corner Room, with a view that truly felt like we had the ocean all to ourselves. I think it’s perfect for anyone who wants to relax in the bath and spend time gazing at the sea. The only disappointment was that the amenities didn’t include makeup remover, and some hair care items (such as oil) were missing. It would also be more convenient if there were body lotion and makeup remover in the washing area by the open-air bath. I’d love to visit again next spring. Thank you for your hospitality.

The West Wing has been renovated, and the Room was clean and comfortable. My daughter’s family, who stayed in a Western-style Room in the East Wing, was very pleased that baby food was available at the dining area. We have visited several times, and we felt that the Hotel staff’s service has improved even more, making our stay truly enjoyable.

From April 4, I stayed for two nights in three Premier Bayside Twin Rooms with my daughter’s family and my grandchildren on a trip to Okinawa. We also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant. The Room facilities have been renovated, and the bayside view is wonderful. Everything at the restaurant, including the roast beef, was delicious, and the view (sunset) was breathtakingly beautiful—we were truly moved. It was a very satisfying stay, and my grandchildren seemed absolutely delighted. Above all, the Hotel staff’s warm and attentive service was outstanding, and we felt the high level of hospitality. We toured mainly by monorail and taxi, so it was also extremely convenient that this Hotel is directly connected to Asahibashi Station. I have stayed at several Hotels in Naha before; of course value depends on price as well, but this is the best Hotel in Naha City. Thank you very much to all the Hotel staff.

Looking down at the Takase River from the Room, watching it flow gently and quietly is truly soothing. Instead of the Room’s gourmet bar being lined with FAUCHON pastries as before, it now features collaborative yatsuhashi, dorayaki, and arare—items you can only enjoy by staying here. The tea selection had changed from black tea to Japanese tea, but when I asked for FAUCHON black tea, they kindly prepared their signature TEA BAG for me. Thank you very much. Dinner is always beautifully presented and delicious, and my elderly mother happily finished every bite. We are looking forward to staying again.

We drove from Kanazawa Station by rental car, first visiting the Nanao and Wakura Onsen area before heading to Hakui. The stunning Chirihama Nagisa Driveway is right in front of the Hotel (you can even walk there!), and across the road is “Michi-no-Eki Noto Chirihama,” with plenty of local products. The Hotel offered lots of welcome services on arrival, and the all-inclusive drinks at dinner were great. The Onsen bath also had a pleasantly silky feel on the skin, so we went in many times. The next morning, when returning to Kanazawa, it was also very convenient that the Chirihama IC entrance to the toll-free Noto Satoyama Kaido expressway was right nearby.
