I stayed in January during a holiday. The weather was perfect for traveling, and the clear winter air made the scenery spectacular. The open atmosphere of the lobby was also impressive. It truly felt different from city hotels, offering a unique experience. The natural surroundings, fresh air, and views from the mountaintop alone created a wonderful travel mood. The room was a Japanese-style bed type. The view from the room, including both the nightscape and sunrise, became unforgettable memories. The combination of traditional Japanese design with beds provided great comfort. Dinner featured an abalone-focused course with sashimi, grilled on ceramic plates, and sake-steamed dishes—all incredibly delicious! For this price and quality, I would definitely return. The outdoor Onsen was fantastic as well; it alternated between night and morning use for added enjoyment. I also appreciated the free massage chairs for relaxation. Overall, it turned out to be a very relaxing trip. This hotel is perfect for unwinding while enjoying beautiful scenery and Onsen experiences. Thank you so much—I look forward to staying again!

First visit with my mother to celebrate her 77th birthday. The lounge provided wonderful service, and my mother was delighted by the surprise. Thank you so much for the pleasant support from the prior arrangements. The underground parking is very convenient, allowing free in-and-out access without getting wet even on rainy days. Breakfast was smooth without any waiting, and we enjoyed a pleasant morning overlooking the marina while savoring delicious local dishes. Guests receive a 10% discount at the shop—looking forward to another opportunity to stay!

Thank you for hosting me on my solo trip. Last time I stayed in the center of Matsuyama and felt a bit unsettled, but this time I was very satisfied to be surrounded by nature.

We stayed in a Room on the 16th floor. We could see Lake Inawashiro in the distance, and nearby there was a row of cherry blossom trees—just in time for the cherry blossom festival. The view was wonderful. The bath was a semi-open-air bath with a slatted roof, and since it was raining, we occasionally felt raindrops, which made it a bit chilly. There were walls on the sides with only the front open, so you could feel the breeze. It seems there is an indoor bath on a lower floor, but we didn’t use it so I’m not sure about the details. The water temperature was just right for us and comfortable enough to soak for a long time. Meals were buffet-style for both breakfast and dinner. There was a wide variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, and we enjoyed sampling small portions using compartmented plates. At breakfast, we were also able to take coffee to go. We didn’t experience any particular inconveniences and had a comfortable stay.

The staff's hospitality was the best compared to any other accommodation I have visited. The room faced the mountain side, but the view of Akaya Lake from the lobby was indescribably beautiful. Next time, I would like to stay in a room with a view of Akaya Lake. The open-air bath made me feel as if I were surrounded by nature and was very relaxing. Both breakfast and dinner were satisfying meals. The soy milk bread was soft and delicious, so I made a reservation to buy freshly baked bread in the morning and brought it home. I definitely want to visit again!

Due to a late arrival, our stay at the Hotel was relatively short. However, there were activities like a maze and playing on the sandy beach to keep the kids entertained. The oceanfront room offered stunning views of the sea, which I admired every day. During sunset, I enjoyed walking to the pier and soaking in the pink hues of dusk. In the evenings, planes heading to Naha Airport could be seen flying close by through distant clouds. At 7 PM daily

From the moment we arrived, the staff at the entrance were kind and welcoming, which made us feel very comfortable. The breakfast venue also had a great view, and the staff were attentive; the food was exceptionally delicious. There were many restaurants and souvenir shops nearby, which was convenient and helpful. However, it was disappointing that Karato Market—something we had been looking forward to—was closed on its regular holiday, so next time we visit we would like to check in advance.

Whenever I travel to Kokura, I always stay at Crown Palace Kokura. The location, the view from the window, and the delicious breakfast are all wonderful. I’m also grateful for the thoughtful hospitality of the staff. I will definitely stay here again.

The natural Biwamasu trout, proof of its orange color from feasting on plenty of shrimp! It's incredibly delicious!! Served as sashimi, grilled, fried, and more in generous portions. I’d been curious about this place for a while, and this was my first stay. The atmosphere felt like a condominium in Hawaii or Australia. There’s no kitchen, but the space and layout have that kind of feel. It has underfloor heating, so it seems like it will be warm in the coming season as well. The meals were delicious, and the portions were just right. Also, I logged into YouTube to watch something and forgot to log out. When I called, they kindly said they would log out for me—thank you so much. Thank you as well for all your help regarding the bath. I’d love to visit again!

We stayed here for our 34th wedding anniversary. After letting the Hotel know in advance and sending a message, we found a message card and a gift of sweets waiting in our Room. At dinner, they even prepared a surprise: cake with sparklers served on a plate with a special message. With congratulations from those around us as well, it became an unforgettable day. Thank you so much. We were also impressed by the machine that automatically pours beer with just the right amount of foam rising from below, and we truly enjoyed the jingisukan and crab. This is a Hotel we sincerely want to stay at again!
