I made a Reservation because I wanted to try staying in a dome tent. I didn’t expect the bath and toilet to be down the outdoor stairs, but we still had a very comfortable stay. The bath was amazing! We could relax in a private space, and the amenities were far better than expected. I couldn’t believe they even had a Dyson hair dryer and a ReFa hair iron! The meals were also excellent—everything was delicious! The kids’ menu was luxurious too, and breakfast was fantastic! The inside of the dome tent was comfortable as well. We had so much fun with the games we borrowed and laughed a lot. And since there’s plenty of distance from other tents, noise wasn’t an issue at all. I’d love to visit again if I get the chance!

Throughout our stay, we could feel the Accommodation’s pride and dignity in every detail, and it was a truly fulfilling experience. First, what deserves special mention is the thoroughness of the Room cleaning. Everything was carefully arranged down to the smallest detail, and the spotless space—without a speck of dust—made us feel that the fundamentals of an Accommodation were being upheld at an exceptionally high standard. We were also deeply impressed by the grace of the attendant’s service. Though she was young, she wore traditional attire, moved quietly with no wasted motion, and spoke with gentle refinement. In each gesture we sensed a polished spirit of hospitality; imagining how much effort she must have put in even brought tears to my eyes. (This old man is easily moved.) And above all, what was most outstanding was the exceptional quality of the cuisine. With generous use of premium ingredients, every aspect—the presentation, depth of flavor, and expression of seasonality—was superb. More than anything, I felt that what sustains this high level of service—and its true cornerstone—is the proprietress’s attitude. She consistently leads from the front, encouraging and guiding her staff. I was profoundly moved. These days, Accommodations like this are becoming rare. My wife and I are already talking about returning again in autumn. This is a genuinely outstanding Accommodation where you can experience Japan’s traditional beauty and refined elegance without exaggeration.

With breathtaking views of Kouri Bridge and the emerald-green sea, I was able to comfortably balance time at the Hotel with sightseeing around Kouri Island and nearby areas, making for a highly satisfying stay. This time, I stayed solo for three nights. I had visited Kouri Island before on day trips, but this was my first time staying overnight. What impressed me first upon arrival was the beauty of the view from both the lobby and the Room. Looking out over the emerald-green sea, Kouri Bridge, and the sky and greenery beyond the terrace, time naturally felt slower, and I felt it was an environment where you can truly enjoy the stay itself. The Room was spacious, with tasteful furniture and amenities. Both going out exploring and spending time in the Room were comfortable, and even during a Multiple Night Stay I never grew tired of it. Using this Hotel as a base, I also explored northern Okinawa (Cape Hedo and Daisekirinzan). The balance between travel time and relaxing at the Accommodation felt just right, making it an ideal location to enjoy both Kouri Island and northern nature without overextending yourself. Dining at Restaurant “OCTO” also left a strong impression. From octopus paella to vongole bianco, every dish was delicious, and I could take my time enjoying my meal in a calm setting while admiring the view. In addition to three breakfasts included in my Plan, I visited multiple times during my stay—once for lunch and three times for dinner. All of the Hotel and restaurant staff were wonderful—friendly yet respectfully unobtrusive—which made me feel at ease throughout my stay. The limited-time sauna was also memorable. In addition to a poolside sauna setup, using the pool as a cold plunge—and then reclining on chairs in the pool while looking out at Kouri Bridge—made for an exceptionally open-air experience unique to this location. I believe one of this Hotel’s greatest strengths is how well it lets you enjoy both sightseeing and your stay without leaning too far toward either. If given another opportunity, I would love to visit again.

Including “Dog Villa Bettei Akai,” this was my sixth stay. This time, I chose “Hanare Yoshia” because a new Luxury Floor has been added after a renovation. Until now, the only drawback of “Hanare Yoshia” was the view from the Room, but the view from the “Hanare Yoshia Luxury Floor” is excellent. I was able to see a stunning sunrise from the in-room open-air bath. As always with “Hanare Yoshia,” the lounge is convenient to use, the staff’s hospitality is outstanding, and the meals are consistently reliable. Dinner in particular exceeds expectations every time—I’d even say it’s worth staying just for dinner. I will definitely stay again.

From April 4, I stayed for two nights in three Premier Bayside Twin Rooms with my daughter’s family and my grandchildren on a trip to Okinawa. We also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant. The Room facilities have been renovated, and the bayside view is wonderful. Everything at the restaurant, including the roast beef, was delicious, and the view (sunset) was breathtakingly beautiful—we were truly moved. It was a very satisfying stay, and my grandchildren seemed absolutely delighted. Above all, the Hotel staff’s warm and attentive service was outstanding, and we felt the high level of hospitality. We toured mainly by monorail and taxi, so it was also extremely convenient that this Hotel is directly connected to Asahibashi Station. I have stayed at several Hotels in Naha before; of course value depends on price as well, but this is the best Hotel in Naha City. Thank you very much to all the Hotel staff.

We stayed here with our dog. Both the bath and the food were excellent. Above all, every staff member was wonderful—during check-in and check-out, in the dining area, and even when we passed each other in the hallway, everyone greeted us with a smile, which left a great impression. We stayed again as a couple (with our dog) for the first time in two years. We heard it would start raining from the evening of our arrival day, so we came just after 1:00 p.m. hoping to let our dog play in the dog run. When we explained this at the front desk, they kindly said, “Of course,” and welcomed us right away. We let our dog play for over an hour and thought he must be tired, but before we knew it, it was time to check in. As always, everything was spotless down to every corner. All amenities were placed within easy reach, making for a comfortable start. He still wanted to play and kept staring at the dog run from the second-floor balcony, but raindrops began to fall, so they kindly took us by boat to New Awaji Main Building. We enjoyed a luxurious bath there, then took a wagon Shuttle Service back to Shimahana. Everywhere we went, all staff greeted us with warm smiles, and we were able to head into dinner feeling great as usual. The “Seasonal Delicacies Course” was an outstanding meal carefully prepared with seasonal ingredients—gentle enough for an older couple like us—and every dish left us feeling refreshed both physically and mentally. This is the number one reason we want to return again and again. The next morning we also enjoyed the breakfast buffet heartily (forgetting our age). As expected, everything was delicious. Because of yesterday’s rain our dog didn’t quite get enough exercise, but we left truly satisfied thanks to your wonderful hospitality. We hope to return again soon. Tatami with beds, very relaxing. Traditional hospitality with tabi socks provided. The bath on the 18th floor offers a stunning night view of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building from the open-air bath. Breakfast exceeded expectations with New Year's osechi dishes. About 80% of guests were from overseas, but everyone had good manners, and the bath area was kept clean. There is a 7-Eleven convenience store across the street.

Arrive at the accommodation just in time for check-in and relax until check-out. Start with a beer after a bath, accompanied by steaming hot oden. Then enjoy the much-anticipated meal—local seafood, fresh vegetables, tender meat, and delicious new rice. Afterward, unwind in the room; whether on the bed or sofa, the spacious room with underfloor heating is perfectly comfortable. Drift off into a dream world and wake up to morning bliss with an amazing private bath in your room. Breakfast is equally satisfying with extra servings of rolled omelet for a perfect start to the day. Though we didn’t do any sightseeing and simply went back and forth, it turned out to be a wonderful anniversary trip!
