I was able to relax and spend quality time with my dog for the first time in a while. The Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I played the piano, wrote a letter to my future self five years from now, and let my dog play in the dog run—making so many wonderful memories. The meals were also very delicious. I was especially impressed by the salmon roe!! As long as my dog is still healthy and energetic, I definitely want to stay here again and again. Thank you very much.

Our family of four stayed for one night over the New Year holidays, and it was a wonderful stay that far exceeded our expectations. As it has only been two months since opening, the Accommodation was exceptionally clean and beautiful. The living room—about 50 m²—felt modern yet warm, with thoughtful attention to detail throughout. There is a wood-burning fireplace, and spending time there while playing our favorite music through the large speakers was truly special. One entire wall facing the sea is made of windows, and watching the sun set into the horizon from the living room left us speechless. The spacious terrace also offers an incredible sense of openness. The bath with sauna features modern marble design, and soaking while enjoying the outdoor view was deeply relaxing both physically and mentally. Another highlight is the long stay: check-in at 15:00 and check-out at 15:00 the next day, allowing you to unwind and fully enjoy an extraordinary getaway. Meals are arranged at a restaurant at “LOQUAT Nishiizu,” about a 15-minute drive away. The restaurant is set in a beautifully renovated traditional house with great character—completely different in atmosphere from the Accommodation—so it feels like enjoying two Hotels in one trip. It was also surprising (in a great way) that three meals are included for a one-night, two-day stay. Dinner—the Italian course—was excellent, so we chose to have even the complimentary lunch on the following day as a full course as well, and it did not disappoint. The staff were outstanding too. From arrival to departure we were assisted by one dedicated attendant who provided truly wonderful service. Everyone clearly has strong passion for energizing Nishiizu, actively taking on new initiatives such as strawberry picking exclusively for guests. This is an Accommodation I would love many people to experience.

Arrive at the accommodation just in time for check-in and relax until check-out. Start with a beer after a bath, accompanied by steaming hot oden. Then enjoy the much-anticipated meal—local seafood, fresh vegetables, tender meat, and delicious new rice. Afterward, unwind in the room; whether on the bed or sofa, the spacious room with underfloor heating is perfectly comfortable. Drift off into a dream world and wake up to morning bliss with an amazing private bath in your room. Breakfast is equally satisfying with extra servings of rolled omelet for a perfect start to the day. Though we didn’t do any sightseeing and simply went back and forth, it turned out to be a wonderful anniversary trip!

During cocktail time, enjoying drinks while listening to live instrumental performances that change daily and watching the sunset is truly exceptional. We stayed here as a family. The food selection was incredibly varied, delicious, and fun—especially the sashimi. For me, it’s the best value in the area. Writing this makes me want to go again. They also held a stamp rally event, which we enjoyed with our child. The building is older and the bath feels a bit small, but I don’t think it would bother you at all if you visit outside peak season. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

It was a clean and comfortable accommodation. The layout was relatively spacious, allowing for a pleasant stay. We enjoyed going shopping at the nearby Yoshizuya supermarket. The next morning during breakfast, my husband accidentally spilled orange juice, but the lady kindly cleaned it up without any sign of displeasure. We are truly grateful!!!

It takes about two hours after getting off the expressway to reach this Onsen town. It’s quiet, yet the baths have excellent water quality, and the meals were delicious—fresh, crisp sashimi and more. The food was so lavish you’d never guess it was the cheapest meal Plan. All of the staff were courteous and welcoming, always with a smile. On our Amakusa trip, we’re glad we chose this Accommodation. We had a wonderful day.

I’d been curious about this place for a while, and this was my first stay. The atmosphere felt like a condominium in Hawaii or Australia. There’s no kitchen, but the space and layout have that kind of feel. It has underfloor heating, so it seems like it will be warm in the coming season as well. The meals were delicious, and the portions were just right. Also, I logged into YouTube to watch something and forgot to log out. When I called, they kindly said they would log out for me—thank you so much. Thank you as well for all your help regarding the bath. I’d love to visit again!

We visited during spring break with three generations of our family to celebrate my elderly parents. The upper-floor Room (Room 1) was the closest to the ocean in the Club building, and the view was amazing! The Room was clean and beautifully maintained. For the other two Rooms, we requested connecting Rooms on the 4th floor. They were a bit farther from the ocean, but we still had a great view of both the golf course and the sea. We asked the concierge team in advance to arrange Room decorations as well as taxis and a rental car, and we are truly grateful for their excellent support, including handling last-minute changes. Breakfast and afternoon tea in the lounge were outstanding in taste, portion size, and presentation. We were worried about crowds during spring break, but there was no waiting—everything was delicious and elegant. It was more casual, but breakfast at Saltiida also had a great variety and was very satisfying. We also booked an additional stay in Bay Wing. There was no lounge access, and the hair dryer wasn’t Dyson, but otherwise the Room felt almost the same as in the Club building. The large pool right in front of us and the ocean view were wonderful. Everyone at this Hotel was pleasant wherever we met them, which alone made it feel like a truly lovely Hotel. With both pool and beach right nearby—and golf, spa, cafés, a convenience store, and souvenir shops on site—it’s very convenient, and everything can be charged to your Room. You’ll need 100-yen coins, but there is also a coin laundry on even-numbered floors, which was very helpful. Both our arrival and departure days had bad weather with flight delays and cancellations, but during our Hotel stay we enjoyed good weather—and all three generations had a wonderful time together.
