The East China Sea view from the infinity pool, the 180-degree panoramic scenery, carefully selected furniture, tableware, and glasses—all were exceptional. The sunset visible from the jet bath was breathtaking. Amenities and complimentary food stocks were abundant, and the alcohol selection was satisfying (prices were very reasonable). As an elderly couple, we preferred pork shabu-shabu over barbecue. Despite our unusual request for a pot, it was kindly prepared for us. When my wife requested a rotating hair dryer, they even bought a new one just for her—truly outstanding service! For the pork shabu-shabu, we sourced Agu pork from Kinjo Meat in Motobu Town—it was delicious. We enjoyed Agu pork with fine drinks by the ethanol fireplace for a delightful evening. However, since the room is spacious, heating wasn’t very effective and it felt slightly cold at times. Additionally, as the kitchen is small, it’s not ideal for extensive cooking—something to keep in mind. Despite these minor drawbacks though, this accommodation left such a positive impression that they hardly mattered! We’ll definitely return during warmer weather! P.S.: The road leading from the main highway to this accommodation is narrow and uneven. If renting a car during your stay here, we recommend opting for a compact SUV!

It was very beautiful and nice. Drinks were complimentary, and the amenities were plentiful. It was my first time doing self-check-in, so it took a little effort, but I would definitely use it again when I visit Kochi.

This property, located in the highly popular area of Hayama, features a unique layout designed to maximize space. The second floor houses the bedrooms, while the third floor includes the living-dining-kitchen (LDK) area, bathroom, and balcony. The fourth floor offers a rooftop space with an elevator for convenience. However, please note that the parking space on the ground floor is quite narrow and directly faces a residential road, which may make parking challenging during certain times of day. If your vehicle exceeds the designated size limit for this parking spot, there is a coin-operated parking lot available diagonally across from the property. Inside, every corner of this facility is impeccably clean and well-organized. From the third-floor living room, you can enjoy stunning views of both the ocean and Mount Fuji (photos available). The facility provides excellent comfort and functionality for guests. Additionally, there is a bus stop with frequent service conveniently located right in front of the property—perfect for accessing dining options near Zushi Station or other nearby areas.

I visited with my 85-year-old mother, my sister's family, and our dog. The location was simply amazing, offering a unique accommodation experience with a 180° panoramic view of the mountains and ever-changing skies. The sunrise and sunset were particularly breathtaking. In the evening, we enjoyed French cuisine prepared by a private chef recommended to us—it was restaurant-quality comparable to top establishments in Tokyo, leaving us deeply impressed. Since I was traveling with my elderly mother, we cooked breakfast in the kitchen. As someone who loves tableware, I checked out the dishes and found they were all from wonderful brands. The furnishings were chic and comfortable as well. The cosmetics provided were from POLA's BA line, which I adore! The beds were incredibly comfortable too; even my mother slept soundly through the night. Our dogs happily ran around freely in the spacious garden—it was heartwarming to see them so joyful. My mother expressed her desire to visit again, so next time we plan to come during spring when the garden is at its best!

From the moment I parked the car, I could feel the high quality of the hotel. The view from the window upon entering the room was like a "painting," and I was impressed, thinking, "As expected, a first-class hotel is different." I was able to relax at this first-class hotel in every aspect. If I have the chance to come again, I would definitely like to stay here.

This was my first stay at Sunset Resort Kanpu, and it exceeded my expectations. The property is located on a hill with an oceanfront view, providing a full tropical experience. The convenience store attached to the property is highly rated. It's just a 3-minute drive to the Churaumi Aquarium. I was initially concerned about the check-in process being at an unmanned front desk, but communication via video call was possible, and they assured me that assistance is available 24/7 by phone if needed. Security is excellent; only guests can enter at night as the lobby doors are locked and require a passcode for entry, which adds peace of mind. The room I stayed in was very clean with a comfortable bed, offering plenty of tropical vibes—a relaxing space that felt like having a vacation home in Okinawa. The view from the window was breathtaking, especially during sunset—it became an unforgettable memory. The kitchen had all necessary dishes for cooking, making long stays convenient for self-catering without any issues. What delighted me were the washing machine and dryer, two bathrooms, and two toilets—everything you could need! Even large families would feel no stress here—this earns high points indeed. As it's a condominium-style property without daily housekeeping services, having well-equipped appliances makes up for it perfectly. For this trip's meals: dinner was eaten out while breakfast came from the convenience store; however there’s also Starbucks within five minutes' walk away along with creative Italian dining two minutes away plus Hawaiian restaurants & several izakayas nearby too! Later I realized Sunset Resort Kanpu offers delivery breakfasts from "Mokulele," famous in Motobu Town (missed opportunity...) featuring French toast or fruit sandwiches delivered right to your room (unfortunately not this time...). Overall Sunset Resort Kanpu proved itself as an amazing place worth revisiting—and one I'd recommend wholeheartedly to friends looking for resorts!

I stayed on the Plan with a sauna. Check-in was at 3:00 PM, but I arrived around 1:30 PM to leave my luggage, and I really appreciated that you were able to show me to my Room right away. I booked a standard Room, and it was next door to the sauna Room, which made it easy to go back and forth and very comfortable. The sauna was very clean, and I was happy that the amenities were Aesop and the hair dryer was ReFa. It was also nice that we could bring the welcome drink back to the Room, which helped us relax. The sauna itself felt great and was very relaxing. The only disappointment was that we were told we could enjoy the sauna from check-in until check-out, but when I tried to use it in the morning, the power was off and I couldn’t use it. There wasn’t an instruction manual either; since it had been running automatically when we arrived, I didn’t know how to operate it and felt a bit stuck. Other than that, everything was very comfortable, and I think this Accommodation is highly recommended for sauna lovers.

I didn’t expect to see such a beautiful sea in Wakayama. I really loved the view from the large ocean-view window. What I especially liked was the table with built-in speakers. The sound quality is excellent, and it feels truly immersive. Since it was right in front of the biggest ocean-view window, I ended up enjoying it for about an hour.

Stayed during the November holiday. The freshly baked croissants at breakfast were delicious. I also took a walk on the beach, where the breeze was pleasant, and I enjoyed the beautiful view of the sea. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in.

Located by a beautiful beach, you can enjoy ocean activities and stunning sunsets. The Room was very spacious and comfortable, but there was a smell like insecticide or disinfectant when entering the Room. You get used to it after staying in the Room for a while, but it is noticeable again upon returning. Other than that, the Hotel, restaurant, and friendly staff made for an enjoyable stay. The location is convenient with good dining options and shops nearby.

The food was outstanding—especially the “texture,” which was truly masterful. Every staff member was kind, attentive, and provided wonderfully pleasant service. What impressed me most was how impeccably clean the Room and the entire property were. Usually, any Facility has at least one disappointing point, but here everything was spotless down to every corner—there wasn’t a single negative point. This was the most impressive Accommodation I’ve ever stayed at. It was also great that I could use Points to stay at a very good value this time. The only downside during our stay was the weather, but even so, the location is beautiful and I’m completely satisfied—10/10! I’m sure it would be 12/10 on a sunny day, so I definitely want to come back again.

Despite staying during the busiest season, the accommodation provided very flexible and prompt services such as early check-in and same-day BBQ equipment rental. Thanks to this, we were able to enjoy an amazing BBQ while admiring the beautiful scenery. The pool was clean with hardly any insects floating, making it pleasant to swim even in the morning. Additionally, the refrigerator was stocked with beer, juice, and tea—such thoughtful hospitality! Shopping was convenient as there were supermarkets, convenience stores, and a Daiso near Sesoko Island Bridge. Although I had seen reviews mentioning "many insects" and was a bit worried beforehand, there were almost none in reality. Measures like insect repellents and sprays were well-prepared, providing a sense of security. At night, we could see an incredible view of stars! The only minor inconvenience was having to use stone stairs when carrying luggage from the parking lot—it was slightly challenging. However, even considering that small issue, our stay was absolutely satisfying. This place has made it onto my list of "places I want to visit again"!

Close to the sea, you can see the beautiful ocean from the room on sunny days. There are many stylish restaurants and souvenir shops nearby, so you won't have trouble finding meals. The sauna was authentic, the cold bath was chilly, and the outdoor air bath was excellent. The room design and amenities were all stylish.

We stayed one night in the Sakura room for our silver wedding anniversary trip. The location was excellent, allowing us to enjoy the serene and dignified atmosphere of Sanzen-in and other sub-temples early in the morning before the arrival of group tourists. The service, cuisine, and garden were all wonderful. It is a Ryokan we would like to visit again. Thank you very much.

I stayed in a Room without a bath, but the bathroom was conveniently located close to the Room. At night, I could see fireflies flying from the Room's window. The sea was right in front, and I enjoyed the sunset during dinner. Above all, the meals were incredibly delicious, and everyone, including the host, was very kind. I would love to stay here again!

Before visiting Himakajima, I researched accommodations and found that the reviews were not very favorable, so my expectations were low. However, the staff at the accommodation were all incredibly hospitable, providing exceptional service throughout my stay. While it was not an onsen, the large public bath was spacious and relaxing, offering a similar experience with views of Ise Bay and Mikawa Bay. The sunset from the room was extraordinary—a scene reminiscent of a novel's opening line describing "a magnificent twilight," visible across the peninsula. The only disappointment was hearing that octopus catches have been poor recently. I look forward to visiting again when I have another opportunity.

Stayed after visiting Matsushima! The kids enjoyed making prayer beads at Entsuin Temple. We also lined up for 30 minutes before opening to try the famous Sendai beef tongue, and it was worth the wait—delicious! Check-in and check-out times being separate was a bit inconvenient. We received a breakfast coupon and took out drinks on our way back—thank you! However, it would have been even better if that discount could be applied to the Room rate instead. The Onsen was amazing and left us impressed. It would have been perfect if there were one more bedroom. Unfortunately, we couldn't see the stars due to rain, but the kids loved the large bed—thank you so much!
