This was my first time staying here. The first floor had a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet, while the second floor had two Western-style rooms, one Japanese-style room, and another toilet. Since we stayed with six people, having two toilets was very convenient. The bathroom took some time as we had to wait for our turn. The rooms were impeccably clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances like a microwave, toaster oven, kettle, and even Balmuda products. One small suggestion would be to provide a lighter for lighting cake candles. All hand soaps and shampoos provided were high-quality with pleasant fragrances. Additionally, the sauna was excellent and even included a cold bath option! The best part was the view from the room combined with the sound of waves—it was truly amazing. I rated 4 stars for facilities because opening/closing the entrance door using just a remote button didn’t work smoothly at times and took longer than expected. Other than that minor issue, it was an exceptional accommodation. We look forward to staying here again next year!

This was my first time using the "Ruuf" series, which I had been curious about for a while. Since we have a 2.5-year-old child, we chose the child-friendly accommodation "Ruuf Yura no Ie." Upon arrival, I was amazed by the variety of toys and amenities for children. With almost no steps or uneven surfaces, our child could safely run around and play freely. The bath was very clean, with tatami mats covering the entire floor to prevent slipping, allowing us to enjoy a relaxing bath together with peace of mind. Outside, there is a sauna and cold bath, as well as an opportunity to enjoy a campfire at night. Although the campfire is limited until 9 PM, we were also able to enjoy fireworks, which delighted our child immensely. The room featured a projector and screen where we played children's videos while spending special family time together in comfort. For dinner, we chose sukiyaki made mostly with ingredients from Chiba Prefecture—showcasing their commitment to local produce—and it was absolutely delicious. During dinner, staff members kindly entertained our child so that my spouse and I could enjoy a rare moment of dining together at ease. While I'd love to visit other "Ruuf" accommodations in the future, this wonderful accommodation makes me want to stay here again while our child is still young!

I stayed as a solo guest. The room was truly right in front of the ocean, and whether I was in the living room, bedroom, or bath, the view of the blue sea was incredibly refreshing. Since cooking utensils were provided, I made a reservation with No Meals Included but enjoyed dinner at Amanoyu, a restaurant within the group facility. I also found it very appealing that I could access both the sake bar and onsen at Yokaikan, another group facility! I initially planned to relax and work in the villa but was pleasantly surprised to have access to such a spacious public bath! Working surrounded by the sea in such a spacious room was very fulfilling; next time, I'd love to try having a BBQ with friends. Thank you so much!

The moment we stepped inside, the ocean view beyond the lawn garden burst into sight through the large living room windows. We had the breathtaking sea view from the hilltop all to ourselves. We enjoyed a BBQ while watching the sunset, and after dark we had drinks on the spacious terrace under a sky full of stars. We could hear the sound of the waves all night long. The next morning, as soon as we entered the living room again, we were moved by that ocean view once more—truly one of a kind. Our dog was in great spirits too, running around happily both in the garden and in our Room. The location was also very convenient—we couldn’t believe such an amazing place existed. It was an unforgettable stay. We did have some rainy weather, but it was great that we could still enjoy a BBQ even in the rain. The Accommodation’s Facilities and amenities were perfect; even arriving empty-handed, we lacked nothing at all. Everything was spotless, and we were able to relax comfortably. At checkout, the staff kindly saw us off with warm hospitality. If we have time, we’d love to return again soon.

We also enjoyed complimentary ice cream after our bath. Breakfast was luxurious and delicious—I ended up eating too much (haha). The warm hospitality and thoughtful service from the friendly proprietress were wonderful. Thank you very much! We look forward to visiting again

Every aspect of the service—Room, course meals, and hospitality—was truly top-notch! The Room offers sweeping views of both the sea and mountains from the window. You can enjoy the sunset and sunrise all to yourself, take a nap to birdsong, and fully immerse yourself in nature. There are few places where you can feel this connected to nature, making it perfect for anyone looking to escape the noise of the city (also ideal for a workcation!). The course meals were another highlight: a chef’s carefully crafted creations featuring plenty of seasonal ingredients. The menu included hand-drawn illustrations by the chef along with notes about the inspiration behind each dish—it felt like eating art in a wonderfully unique way. As for hospitality, we were invited to a strawberry farm and even received bread as a gift, along with many thoughtful touches throughout our stay. Overall, it was an exceptional experience!

【Good Points】 ① Stunning views! ② The room is warm thanks to good sunlight. ③ A cheerful surfer-style staff member joked, "I'm strong, I can carry your luggage!" ④ All drinks in the fridge were complimentary. 【Bad Points】 ① Parking is challenging as it's along the seaside street. ② Since the entrance is on the 3rd floor, carrying heavy luggage can be tough. ③ Limited number of humidifiers; it gets dry quickly when using heating. ④ The room gets extremely hot on sunny days due to too much sunlight. ⑤ Wi-Fi was unavailable for all three days of our stay. I stay in this area about three times a week and had all my meals at my usual restaurants, so I didn’t use the kitchen much but recall that the cutlery was well-stocked. Although there were some minor issues, my stay was generally comfortable. I plan to visit again when it gets warmer!

We stayed as a family, and the owner's warm hospitality was truly wonderful, making it a delightful stay for our children as well. The owner kindly played with the kids and gently taught them how to fish, showing great kindness. There is also a famous shop nearby selling Sata Andagi, which was delicious. However, the children were overjoyed and said that the handmade Sata Andagi from the owner's wife was "absolutely better!" The lagoon right in front offers an excellent location for kayaking. Unfortunately, due to wind conditions this time, we couldn't visit 17ND. We are determined to try again next time! We will definitely return!

I stayed for three nights at Building B, Jihacaya. In the end, Building B seemed to suit us best. We really enjoyed having coffee while watching the early morning sea on the spacious balcony, doing a bit of work in the morning, having tea while watching the sunset, continuing our drinks after returning from dinner. We also loved all of it: the kitchen space, washing machine, large bed with a view from the window, and bathtub with an ocean view from the window. We both said that it would be nice to stay here for about a week and have what is called a workation. As written in Property's concept, buildings are built to blend into nature and create a comforting scenery. Especially during this time before Okinawa's tourist season begins, it's perfect for escaping cold weather and stress. Since Hamabe no Chaya was closed during this period, we had breakfast at Yama no Chaya Rakusui instead but still enjoyed it very much. The staff welcomed us warmly and we were deeply moved by their hospitality. Thank you very much. We definitely want to visit again.

The Room was spotless, the kitchen was clean, and the cooking appliances were well equipped, so we have stayed here twice. The sunlight felt like spring, and the sunset was truly beautiful. We could also enjoy a perfect sunset view from the bath, and everyone in our group was very satisfied. We also appreciated the pet amenities, which made it possible to stay together with our pet. One small disappointment was that the futon felt thin and made our bodies ache a bit. If you could consider providing a mattress or similar bedding, we think it would be much more comfortable to sleep. We look forward to staying again. Thank you very much.

We stayed as a family of four. When we informed them of our early arrival, they kindly allowed us to enter the room. They also sent us URLs via text message for recommended nearby supermarkets and cafes. It was such a wonderful villa that one night felt too short! A slightly disappointing point was that none of the pet supplies were prepared, so it would have been better if the items listed on the site were ready. The bath was comfortable, and we had a very meaningful time. We would love to use it again.

I have experienced almost all luxury vacations in Japan, but the support here is undoubtedly the best in the country. We ended up staying on a day when a severe cold wave hit, and upon mentioning the cold, they immediately went out to purchase and set up a heater for us. Despite being a large facility, it was impeccably clean with no complaints about cleanliness. Even though it was a vacation stay, their thorough support allowed us to feel at ease during our accommodation. In contrast to another nearby new facility called N ○○tami where even the main power for the sauna wasn’t turned on and inquiries were poorly handled—making it impossible to use the sauna—this place responded promptly to everything we needed. The staff quality here is comparable to that of butlers at The Ritz Hotel. It’s clear that the owner is very competent. The location is also wonderful and provided an excellent change of pace. Thank you so much! On particularly cold days, having heaters in each room would be even better; however, during daytime hours, sunlight streamed in beautifully and kept us warm enough.

We stayed as a family of five. First of all, the villa’s interior was outstanding—nothing felt cheap, from the furnishings to the lighting. It was impeccably clean, and we truly enjoyed an extraordinary getaway as a family. For dinner, we ordered a sashimi platter from a seafood shop that was recommended to us and had it delivered. We cooked rice and soup ourselves using ingredients bought at a local supermarket. The sashimi was exceptional—sweet shrimp, turban shell, horse mackerel, squid, rockfish, and more—all incredibly fresh and on a completely different level from what you’d typically find at supermarkets. The tableware also impressed us: beautiful pieces mainly from local kilns that reflected true craftsmanship. The appliances were stylish as well, with design-focused selections throughout. In addition, they even arranged parking near Izumo Taisha for us, which was very helpful. As noted above, we could feel the owner’s pride and thoughtful attention in every detail. This has become one of the places we would definitely love to visit again. P.S. Groups who plan to be loud—such as those looking to party or families with children who may be noisy—may want to refrain from staying here. It is located in a residential neighborhood, so noise could disturb the neighbors.

The lush Yanbaru forest stretching out before you, and the breathtaking beauty of the sky and sea in perfect harmony. Not only the view, but every angle of the building felt truly picture-perfect—an experience I had never had before. An open-air dining area with spectacular views, and an infinity pool where the sky and sea seem to melt into one. The complete private space wrapped in silence is simply on another level. The owner’s attention to detail is evident throughout, making this a wonderful stay in a top-tier villa where Okinawa’s nature nourished both body and mind. It’s a luxurious space that stands apart from any Hotel or villa I have stayed at before. “I want to visit Okinawa again just to stay here.” A truly one-of-a-kind, beautiful villa that made me feel that from the bottom of my heart.

We used the Elite Personal Plan for 4 people. Two of us started, and the other two joined later on-site. It had been a while since I did strength training, but the gentle muscle soreness the next morning felt great. The gym at a separate venue where we trained was incredibly well-equipped and impressive! After training, we bought cakes from a recommended bakery to prepare for our Christmas party. It’s about an hour's drive from Fukui City, but the breathtaking scenery made us forget about the distance! The view of the Sea of Japan from a hilltop, with waves gently crashing and a setting sun—it was far more beautiful than any photo could capture. The property is enormous! A vast garden so large that it’s hard to figure out how four people could fully utilize it! The building viewed from the garden is stunning, as is the coastline visible from there. There’s even a relaxation space in the garden where you could easily spend an entire day. The interior was amazing too! From its stylish exterior to its spacious and clean interior—everything exceeded expectations. The high ceiling in the living room provided an incredible sense of openness. The sea-facing side of the living room features full glass windows, allowing you to enjoy changing views throughout the day just by sitting there. The kitchen had various high-end appliances that are fun to use but not easy to buy yourself—and they were all available for use freely! There were plenty of dishes as well; no need to bring anything along. You can bring your own ingredients and enjoy cooking together or simply relax with drinks. Rooms were thoughtfully separated between accommodation areas and living spaces—karaoke in one area didn’t disturb those staying in another part at all! There were three private rooms; one upstairs came with its own bathroom and toilet facilities. On the first floor, there was also a sauna alongside an ice-cold underground water bath as well as large communal baths available for use after enjoying these facilities—you can relax outdoors overlooking Japan's coastline while unwinding afterward—it feels better than imagined! Meals prepared ahead only required final cooking steps upon arrival so guests could eat freshly cooked food whenever desired—a fantastic feature! Barbecue options are also available here during warmer seasons—we plan on booking again under their barbecue plan next time around inviting many friends over instead just four people this time around making memories together amidst lively gatherings outdoors! This villa offered everything beyond imagination ensuring unforgettable experiences bringing nothing else except yourself along truly remarkable stay awaits anyone visiting here soon enough!!

Stayed at the accommodation after a long time. The quality of the room, the garden view from the window—everything was truly wonderful. The location is also excellent. Additionally, it felt like the service has improved significantly compared to before. I was able to relax and enjoy my stay. I was delighted to receive a stollen for Christmas as well. The food was incredibly delicious. Everything was easy to eat, and the chef’s skills were outstanding. I would love to try dishes other than crab as well. The Room and the bath were both clean. It was disappointing that the amenities were minimal.

I considered booking a Hotel in Ishigaki Island, but I was drawn to the idea of "one group per day" and made the Reservation. The result was absolutely satisfying! The fact that we could enjoy BBQ was amazing, and they even provided insect repellent and BBQ equipment. Such thoughtful hospitality! The Facility was very clean, with even a washing machine and dryer available! It rained during our stay, so having these amenities really helped as we were struggling with laundry. One minor downside about the Facility is the hairdryer—it had very weak airflow but got extremely hot. If there were details about the hairdryer provided beforehand, I could have brought my own or prepared accordingly. We caused some inconvenience during our stay, but they kindly contacted us each time and treated us with great kindness. If I visit Ishigaki Island again, I would definitely want to stay here!
