We stayed here for his birthday trip. It was my first time visiting Atami, so I chose this place from among many hotels after reading Reviews and looking at photos. I contacted the hotel several times about his birthday and the Shuttle Service bus, and the staff member on the phone was very polite and reassuring. On the day, everything—from the welcome and guidance to the food and Onsen—was fully satisfying. In particular, the attendant who took care of us was cheerful, clear-spoken, and courteous, which made our stay even better. It became a wonderful memory for both him on his birthday and me on my first trip to Atami. Please let us stay again. Thank you very much.

Although the building was old, it was kept very clean, so we had a comfortable stay. After enjoying sightseeing at Amanohashidate, we took a bath and enjoyed delicious crab dishes until we were full—very satisfying. We also appreciated the Ryokan owner’s perfectly balanced hospitality—attentive without being intrusive. Next time, we will visit again with our daughter who loves crab.

We stayed here for a trip to Hakone to celebrate my mother’s 88th birthday. The Room was spacious and comfortable, with a direct view of Mt. Fuji, and every dish at the French dinner was excellent. My mother was truly delighted, and we were very satisfied. Although it was a bit small, it was also great to be able to use the large public bath at such a luxury Hotel. (At Fujiya Hotel, there was only the in-room bathroom.)

Living in Shizuoka, I stayed at Konparu with my grandchildren visiting from Tokyo and our beloved dog. The kitchen is well equipped for simple self-catering, so it feels like a private rental villa. The Facility was clean and well stocked with amenities. Breakfast was delicious, the women in charge were pleasant, and the front desk staff were kind. The Onsen Facility about a 500 m walk away was also great. We said we’d like to stay in a different Room next time.

The Room, bath, and meals were all excellent. The bath was an Onsen and felt wonderful, with a stunning ocean view—I ended up going in many times. Both the meat and crab were delicious, and I was especially impressed by the breakfast rice cooked in a clay pot. The staff were very warm and welcoming, and I would love to visit again. This was our first stay. The Room was spacious and clean, and the kids were thrilled. There was more crab than we could finish, and the private dining Room was also spacious, so even after the kids were full, they could relax comfortably. Breakfast was delicious as well. The kids had a Western-style meal with a choice of bread, and the service was excellent—it’s easy to see why so many guests return. We would love to come again next year.

We stayed here as a couple for our wedding anniversary. It seemed we had the place to ourselves by chance, so we were able to truly relax. Every dish was carefully prepared, and everything was a flavor we had never tried before—absolutely delicious. The owners were also very kind, and we had a wonderful time. This Accommodation is right in front of Lake Suwa, and the building is filled with cherry blossom motifs that made us feel the spirit of spring. We could also see Lake Suwa from our Room, and we were able to relax at a leisurely pace. Both the Room and the facilities were very clean and well maintained. The bath had tatami flooring, which felt wonderful, and the Onsen was excellent. The meals in particular featured a seasonal menu, beautifully presented on lovely Kutani ware dishes, so we enjoyed them even before taking a bite. Of course, everything tasted amazing as well. Every dish respected the natural flavors of the ingredients, allowing us to fully savor spring. There was also a wide selection of alcohol, and we were happy to discover some rare varieties. This is an Accommodation we would definitely like to visit again. Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality.

Just as other Reviews mentioned, the view was simply amazing. We stayed with our dog, and we really appreciated that they had pee pads, etiquette bags for walks, food and water bowls, and even dinner for our dog ready for us. It was the first time I’ve ever felt this refreshed at an Accommodation. We’ll definitely stay again!

As a treat for myself, I stayed at my beloved Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo. Spending a relaxing Hotel stay while taking in views that felt like a heavenly sanctuary was the perfect way to refresh. In the room, they had prepared a fruit plate with a message, Mandarin Oriental blend tea, and cereal cookies. Together with the chocolates I received at check-in, I savored each one carefully. For both dinner and breakfast, I used in-room dining and was able to enjoy my meal and drinks at a leisurely pace. Wanting to enjoy Valentine’s cake and chocolates with my drinks, I bought a heart-shaped cheesecake and heart-shaped chocolates from the gourmet shop on the first floor—it made for such a happy night. In the morning, I chose the Japanese set breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful tableware and the many carefully prepared dishes. The “Thank you always” message fruit plate became a wonderful memory—I took lots of photos after my meal. I also got to enjoy my favorite spa twice: once at night with sparkling city views, and again early in the morning at sunrise. I was also able to unwind in the in-room bathtub with hinoki bath salts. During magic hour at dusk and dawn—and while admiring the glittering night view—I felt truly grateful to be alive, filled with happiness and abundance. Thanks to all of your staff who supported me throughout my stay, it became an unforgettable 2-day/1-night experience right up until the very end. Our family of seven, including preschool-aged children, stayed here. We are grateful for the warm hospitality and thoughtful care from everyone, including the person in charge. The food was delicious and left both our stomachs and hearts full. The Accommodation was very clean throughout, and we felt truly comfortable. My parents and our family of five stayed here together. First of all, the Room was very spacious, with plenty of space to relax, so everyone could spend time comfortably in their own way. There were two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two toilets. There were also five TVs, including one in the bathroom. Because there was no partition between the main bedroom and the vanity area with a toilet, bathroom, and washing machine, light and noise from bathing or doing laundry at night go directly into the bedroom—so it may be best to be mindful of the time. We stayed in early April on a cloudy day, and my daughter said the pool felt a bit cold; once she got into the jacuzzi, she couldn’t go back to the pool. As for small details: I found the coffee instructions confusing. Since it said “Coral Coffee,” I assumed it was coffee and poured hot water into it—but my teacup turned bright red, which surprised me. The taste and aroma weren’t like coffee either; after checking more carefully, it seemed that hibiscus tea was placed in front and coffee behind it. Also, we were able to use the microwave function via the oven settings. The furniture, fittings, and Facility were wonderful. We enjoyed walking around inside and looking out at the ocean—it was a very comfortable stay. We also appreciated being able to use both the kitchen and washing machine. Overall, both the building itself and on-site maintenance were excellent, allowing us to relax in comfort. The sunset view from our Room was especially beautiful. This time we stayed for one night before our flight home, but if we have another chance we would love to come back for a Multiple Night Stay. Thank you very much for your hospitality.
