This was my 4th or 5th stay, and no matter how many times I visit, it’s an Accommodation that always makes me want to come back. The view of Yuya Bay from the Room is the ultimate luxury. The Room was also spotless, and I felt completely at home. At the welcome corner right after arrival, I enjoyed delicious sake while looking out at the sea, and the lobby has a wonderful atmosphere. I had stone-grilled Miran beef and live spiny lobster—both were absolutely outstanding. The presentation was beautiful, every dish was delicious, and I’m impressed by the head chef every time. The Onsen was deeply relaxing with ocean views, and the water felt wonderfully silky-smooth. Above all, the staff’s thoughtful care makes this place truly exceptional. I will definitely be back again.

Clean and Beautiful Beach House The spacious pool was incredibly refreshing, and the bath was absolutely amazing. Equipped with modern appliances like a drum washing machine, Balmuda toaster, and Healsio oven, ensuring a comfortable stay. Kids will love the toy kitchen and tunnel for endless fun. We’ll definitely come back again!

I found this accommodation on Google Maps and stayed here. The room was cleaner and more comfortable than I expected. The walls seemed a bit thin as I could hear some noise from the neighboring room. The staff were kind, and considering the price, it’s a good accommodation.

This Accommodation has a cozy atmosphere that feels like a small countryside retreat. Shuttle Service is available from Taketomi Port. Dinner is served at a time that matches sunset. The menu features many homemade Okinawan dishes, and everything was delicious. Breakfast started at 8:00, and it was very filling as well. We also received sata andagi as a souvenir and star sand. The Room was an 8-tatami size for two people, and the Ryukyu tatami mats felt wonderful. The staff were warm and welcoming, and it’s an Accommodation we’d love to stay at again when we visit Taketomi.

Although we were given a spacious top-floor Room, it was very disappointing that the open-air bath we had been looking forward to was closed for the winter season. It seems it is closed throughout February, but we would have liked it to be opened flexibly depending on the weather. As for the meals, we ordered the branded crab course, but were disappointed to find it was frozen crab. The Room itself was spacious and nice, but the toilet was small and the sink was located separately, which was inconvenient.

I was satisfied with the breakfast, the large public bath, and the bath in my Room. The staff service was also fairly good. However, perhaps due to a staffing shortage, the massage and spa services were closed. Since there are group Hotels nearby, I would appreciate it if these services could be offered at one location with visiting service available as well. I have stayed several times, and overall it is a reasonably satisfying Hotel.

Due to a late arrival, I planned to walk or take a taxi from the station, but because of heavy snow that day, you kindly came to pick me up at the station. Even though it was last minute, I was able to enjoy the large public bath, which was very helpful. The next morning, my train was early and I wasn’t sure if I’d have time, but you drove me through the snow to Amanohashidate View Land. Thanks to the lift starting earlier than usual before opening hours, I could safely see snowy Amanohashidate! Although my stay was short, your kind hospitality made it an unforgettable experience. If I have another chance to visit Amanohashidate in the future, I would love to stay at this accommodation again. Thank you so much!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and I had a very pleasant stay. The food was delicious, and there was so much that even I, with a big appetite, couldn’t finish it—I was very satisfied. However, although it was a Room where we could stay with our dog, the futon was a bit thin and not very comfortable to sleep on.

I had a Reservation for the Superior Twin on the 3rd floor for January 24, and it was an excellent deal thanks to the limited-time pre-opening rate. First, the Room was spacious, with twin sinks and bright lighting, well-stocked amenities, and a truly luxurious feel. The large bathroom had a bathtub that didn’t feel cramped even with two people stretching out their legs. There was also an open-air bath on the terrace, and above all, the ocean view was outstanding—though it was too cold to use that day due to strong winds. All drinks in the in-room refrigerator, including alcohol, were free. Alcoholic beverages were also available in the lobby at no charge, making it perfect for those who enjoy drinking. Unfortunately, that evening there was news that heavy snowfall would lead to closures of major roads such as expressways between Osaka and Nagoya. We hurriedly prepared to head home and checked out around midnight without staying overnight, but we were able to get back before being caught in traffic caused by the road closures. So I would like to make another Reservation at a later date.

The food was incredibly delicious. Everything was easy to eat, and the chef’s skills were outstanding. I would love to try dishes other than crab as well. The Room and the bath were both clean. It was disappointing that the amenities were minimal.

The facility was excellent, but there were issues with missing supplies and lack of management. - Despite being informed in advance that outdoor sandals would not be provided, they were available upon arrival after purchasing and bringing our own. - Water leakage from the air conditioner vent above the living room entrance. - Burnt-out light bulb in the living room floor lamp. - Poor drainage in the 2nd-floor bathroom, making it difficult to drain water smoothly. - No toilet paper or spare rolls in the 2nd-floor toilet. - Malfunctioning massage chair on the 2nd floor. - Complimentary water was stated as 500ml per person + one 2L bottle; however, for a group of four staying two nights, only eight 500ml bottles and one 2L bottle were provided. - No spare paper towels in the kitchen. - Insufficient towels provided overall. - Only a small amount of used olive oil available in the kitchen supplies. Attempts to contact via listed numbers resulted only in being told that confirmation with responsible staff would be needed without immediate answers—likely due to outsourcing management responsibilities—but stricter oversight is necessary as these issues inconvenience guests significantly.

As always, this popular business hotel offers great value for money, and I've used it many times. However, depending on the timing, you might encounter large groups of Asian tourists, and some of them may not have the best manners, making it difficult for individual guests to relax in the rooftop bath or during breakfast.

The staff at the reception and the guide were very kind, making it a truly wonderful accommodation. It’s about a 3-minute walk to Shirarahama Beach, where we could also enjoy the sunset. Although the bath was shower-only, there is a footbath nearby, and they kindly guided us to about eight Onsen locations, so it was no issue at all. This time, we purchased a coupon ticket and visited Chosei-no-Yu. Additionally, the breakfast dim sum was delicious. We would love to visit again in summer!

The toilet and shower are clean, and the indoor facilities are excellent. I will visit again.

We chose Kyushu for my husband’s 60th birthday trip.\nWe picked this Accommodation because Reviews said the food was excellent, and both breakfast and dinner were truly delicious! For dinner, you can choose several à la carte dishes in addition to the standard menu, and breakfast also had a wide variety of items—we were completely full. Since we mentioned in advance that it was a 60th birthday celebration, they surprised us with a dessert plate with flowers and sparklers!! We were so happy. Beyond the food, it was all-inclusive with unlimited drinks, we could see the ocean from our Room, and at night it was wonderful to fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves. As there were only two guest parties staying, we were able to enjoy the bath at a relaxed pace.\nI’d love to visit again...

Our first glamping experience as a parent-child duo was a bit nerve-wracking at first, but it turned out to be absolutely amazing! From start to finish, everything was so well-prepared that even beginners like us had no trouble at all. The building's light blue resort-style design and the stylish room made us feel like we were in another world from the moment we stepped in! The amenities were impressive—complete with body lotion that you can take home! Even insect-repellent items like mosquito coils were provided, showing incredible attention to detail. The sunsets, sunrises, and starry skies were breathtaking! Soaking in the ocean-view bath while watching the campfire felt indescribably luxurious. BBQ grill and campfire usage times (9:00 PM/10:00 PM) were clearly set, allowing us to relax without worry. The staff had wonderful smiles and gave clear explanations that helped us quickly settle in despite being new to this experience. The welcome drink was delicious and instantly lifted our spirits upon arrival! We reserved a BBQ course, and they prepared an adult-sized portion for my child too—so filling! Each dish came with detailed instructions on how to prepare it, making cooking together fun for both of us. For breakfast, we got creative by adding homemade ice cream as toppings—it was such a treat! The coffee was excellent too; sipping it while gazing at the sea made for a perfect moment of relaxation. We also got lucky with access to "Yashi no Yu" nearby—a fantastic bonus! They provided makeup remover, toner, and moisturizer—such thoughtful touches for women guests. With gender-swapped baths between morning and night sessions available twice during our stay—it doubled the enjoyment factor! Although one towel set per person is included by default having extra towels would have been even better since we enjoyed multiple baths throughout our visit. Everything—the room quality food options Onsen services scenic views exceeded expectations leaving lasting impressions everywhere possible! While fridge space might seem slightly limited if planning ahead bringing external supplies note beer wine juice vending machines readily accessible onsite ensuring convenience remains intact overall. Fireworks games sold locally added nighttime entertainment value keeping boredom far away altogether! Returning home discussing plans already saying aloud “Let’s come back again soon!” proves how unforgettable summer memories created amidst swaying palm trees full-blown resort vibes truly became reality here today!!

Smooth handling of a same-day online reservation. The facility near Lake Biwa was clean and well-maintained, allowing for a pleasant stay. After a long journey by land from Kyushu, I was able to relax and feel rejuvenated at the accommodation. Thank you very much.
