Conveniently located near Nagoya Station, making it very easy to get around. The lobby is spacious and very clean. Check-in went smoothly with helpful support from the front desk staff. The Room was a double on a high floor. The shower booth and toilet were separate, and the showerhead and hair dryer were ReFa—very satisfying. The breakfast buffet also featured Nagoya specialties, which I really enjoyed. Thank you very much.

Thank you again for your hospitality. It’s a 7–8 minute walk from the Shinkansen exit, and I really like that the Room is new and spacious. It’s also helpful to be able to choose only the amenities I need (toothbrush, hairbrush, drip coffee). It may be standard these days, but using the Room key card to access the elevator is another reassuring feature. I’d like to stay here again next time.

For our first stay in Nagoya in a while, we considered other Hotels at first, but choosing the Associa Hotel left both of us completely satisfied. The pool, lounge, and Room were all spotless, and we enjoyed a relaxing stay. Afternoon tea and supper were high quality and tasted great. The Japanese set breakfast was also delicious, and unlike the buffet-style breakfasts at most other Hotels, it felt calm rather than rushed. The upgraded Room featuring Japanese-inspired design with kumiko doors was very comfortable and excellent to use. Every staff member was attentive—there was no one who made us think “huh?”—and we were able to enjoy a pleasant trip. We travel often as a couple, and this has become one of the Hotels we would like to stay at again. Thank you very much.

We stayed as a parent and child the night before an entrance exam. The room and the unit bath were very clean, and we had a comfortable stay. Although it was along a main road, we couldn’t hear any noise, so it was peaceful. This time, we were able to stay in the ANNEX building that was featured on TV, and since it was such a nice Hotel, it became a wonderful memory for us. I hope my exam results are successful! This was my second visit to Nagoya and my first time staying at this Hotel. The welcome drink, amenities, and IC lockers were all easy to use, making my stay very comfortable.

This is my second stay, and since the Hotel is directly connected to Nagoya Station, it’s very convenient for leaving your luggage and going sightseeing. The Room is compact but very clean, and being on a high floor, you can also enjoy Nagoya’s night views. My favorite feature is the bathroom with a separate washing area; unlike a typical unit bath, you don’t have to worry about getting everything wet, and you can relax and soothe your tired body after sightseeing. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Nagoya.

Conveniently located a 5-minute walk from Nagoya Station, with a new building and clean, comfortable Room. As it is on the back side of Nagoya Station, the area still retains an atmosphere reminiscent of the old red-light district nearby. Meieki ESCA is close by, so you can enjoy Nagoya’s famous morning set meals and miso nikomi udon.

Although it is a Business Hotel, it is within walking distance of Kintetsu Nagoya Station, and the Room was compact but clean and well maintained. There was a wide variety of breakfast side dishes, and everything tasted great. Thank you very much.

The Room was spacious, and the bathroom also had plenty of space, allowing for a comfortable stay. It was great to watch online streaming content on the TV. The breakfast was delicious as well.

This trip to Nagoya was to celebrate my elderly mother’s birthday. Since it was a special occasion, we wanted to stay at a nice Hotel and chose this one. We compared it with the Hilton, Gate Tower Hotel, and Royal Hotel, and decided on this property—and it turned out to be an outstanding stay. I’ve stayed at the Royal Hotel and Hilton before (though not in Nagoya), so their reliability felt reassuring, but this was my first time staying at a Prince Hotel. Not only are the facilities excellent, but the staff were also wonderfully polite and calm in their service. The entrance on the first floor has a high ceiling, and walking toward the lobby really builds excitement. When you go up to the lobby on the 31st floor, there’s a chic atmosphere and you’re greeted by a gentle, sweet scent that feels very relaxing. The front desk area is open to below, creating an exceptional sense of space. Our Room also had beautiful views from the window, and we could enjoy different scenery throughout the day—from morning to afternoon to night. Breakfast offered an impressive variety; over two mornings during our two-night stay, we were able to enjoy completely different selections each time. The quality of the food was high as well, and overall satisfaction was excellent. The staff consistently greeted us and checked in attentively in a way that showed they were truly looking after their guests, which also gave an inviting, home-like comfort. The club lounge had an elegant atmosphere too, making it feel like a real treat. It truly was a wonderful stay. Thank you very much for everything.

With accommodation costs rising, I’ve found myself staying at business hotels more often, and it’s made me notice how everyone comes up with clever ways to use limited space. This Room has a traditional long, narrow layout with a slightly awkward area that isn’t the easiest to use, but in return the bathroom and bed are given priority and feel spacious. I had a bit of trouble finding space when opening my suitcase, but when closed it can be stored in a corner of the bed or under it without blocking the walkway. Breakfast was also good—not just a token selection, but centered on items you’ll actually want to eat properly. The broken knob on the alarm clock probably needs checking, especially for anyone who can’t rely on their phone to wake up. In any case, staying here for one night gave me more flexibility in my schedule. Thank you for your hospitality. I’d definitely like to consider this place again when I stay an extra night in Nagoya.

The lobby is dazzlingly bright with luxurious chandeliers, and the rooms, amenities, and baths are all excellent. I was very satisfied and would definitely like to stay again next time.

Located about a 10-minute walk from Nagoya Station. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and you can still find places to have dinner even around 10 PM. Free breakfast and a wide range of amenities were much appreciated. I would love to stay here again. Thank you!

Although my stay was short, the Room was more spacious than I expected, and with soundproofing between neighboring rooms, I was able to spend a very comfortable time.

The welcome drink bar is available until midnight, which is great. The coffee was delicious. For the Ladies' Plan, it would be even better if bath salts were included as a gift option during winter. The amenity bar offers cleansing products, face wash, lotion, and cream (no cotton), providing the essentials and helping reduce luggage when staying. Access to the Aonami Line is easy to understand.
