This is an Onsen Accommodation where I feel relaxed no matter how many times I visit. Both dinner and breakfast are delicious, and I especially come for the abalone. This time, I stayed while pregnant, and they kindly adjusted the meals for pregnancy, so I was able to spend my time with great peace of mind. Next time, I would like to visit with my child.

It’s not a luxury Accommodation, so I rated the rooms and Facilities 4, but it was clean, and considering the value for money, it deserves a 5. The scenery and relaxing atmosphere were very soothing. I stayed in a room with an open-air bath; I also visited the Accommodation’s baths several times and they were almost always private. The staff were friendly, and their warm service left a great impression. Masuya Shoten just before the Accommodation has an excellent selection of Kirinzan sake, including limited editions. A little further before that is a supermarket called Kawachiya where you can buy Aizu-direct horse sashimi. I also recommend the Miyagawa Kojiya miso used at the Accommodation.

At check-in, the staff provided a courteous and thorough introduction, and we had a very comfortable stay. There was a park just a short walk away, with beautiful ocean views—an excellent location. A 24-hour convenience store was also about a 5-minute walk away. Inside the Accommodation building, the space was stylish and thoughtfully furnished piece by piece. It was clean, and amenities such as shampoo were high quality. The kitchen had an easy-to-use two-burner gas stove, and we cooked dinner in the evening, which was very comfortable. We traveled with our dog, and it seemed to absolutely love the dog sofa that was provided—it stayed on it the whole time and looked very relaxed.

Above all, every staff member was wonderful—during check-in and check-out, in the dining area, and even when we passed each other in the hallway, everyone greeted us with a smile, which left a great impression. As a treat for myself, I stayed at my beloved Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo. Spending a relaxing Hotel stay while taking in views that felt like a heavenly sanctuary was the perfect way to refresh. In the room, they had prepared a fruit plate with a message, Mandarin Oriental blend tea, and cereal cookies. Together with the chocolates I received at check-in, I savored each one carefully. For both dinner and breakfast, I used in-room dining and was able to enjoy my meal and drinks at a leisurely pace. Wanting to enjoy Valentine’s cake and chocolates with my drinks, I bought a heart-shaped cheesecake and heart-shaped chocolates from the gourmet shop on the first floor—it made for such a happy night. In the morning, I chose the Japanese set breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful tableware and the many carefully prepared dishes. The “Thank you always” message fruit plate became a wonderful memory—I took lots of photos after my meal. I also got to enjoy my favorite spa twice: once at night with sparkling city views, and again early in the morning at sunrise. I was also able to unwind in the in-room bathtub with hinoki bath salts. During magic hour at dusk and dawn—and while admiring the glittering night view—I felt truly grateful to be alive, filled with happiness and abundance. Thanks to all of your staff who supported me throughout my stay, it became an unforgettable 2-day/1-night experience right up until the very end. We relaxed and took our time, savoring each dish—even though we were running late—yet you still kindly let us have seconds. Thank you very much.
