Not only was the Room wonderful, but the host was truly kind. Even though I contacted them just two days in advance to plan a surprise celebration for my companion, they prepared a message plate and even decorated the Room for us. I’d love to stay again.

Thank you very much for your kind hospitality the other day. We were blessed with wonderful weather, and our stay in Amakusa was truly a happy one from the bottom of our hearts. The lovely Room, the magnificent views, the skin-beautifying hot spring, the flavorful cuisine that was also a delight to the eyes, and the tableware by local artists that enhanced each dish. We were also deeply impressed by the fluffy towels and the warm, attentive care from your staff throughout our stay. It was a memorable and wonderful Accommodation that made us want to return again. Thank you again very much for everything.

I made a Reservation because I was drawn to the rare location of a Hotel set deep in the Yanbaru forest, and I was truly amazed by the extraordinary atmosphere—it hardly felt like Japan. On the day of our stay, we arrived much later than our dinner Reservation time due to traffic and caused inconvenience, but we were warmly welcomed with a welcome drink. When we entered the Room, we were surprised at how impeccably clean it was, and even the amenities and fixtures looked almost unused. The toiletries were luxurious—Guerlain for shampoo and other bath items, Mikimoto for skincare—and the hair dryer was a ReFa. They also had everything you could hope for when traveling with children: a child toilet seat and step stool, as well as a diaper pail and diaper bags. We really appreciated it. Not only was the selection excellent, but the staff’s service—polite yet never stiff—was truly comfortable. We stayed here for sightseeing in Okinawa, but this Hotel stay became our best memory.

We stayed as a family of three on Monday, March 23, 2026. We had stayed in Kirishima before, but after hearing in a Review that the baths were wonderful, we chose this Accommodation for the first time. We were amazed at how beautifully Sakurajima could be seen from Kirishima. From the main building’s open-air bath, we could also see Sakurajima at sunset—an excellent soak. One family member has difficulty walking, so we gave up our reserved private bath “Akamatsu-no-Yu” and switched to a private bath inside the main building instead; it was a semi-open-air bath and very relaxing. The design of the bath was tasteful, and since it was cherry blossom season, we enjoyed fully blooming sakura while listening to Japanese bush warblers—we went in twice. The meals were delicious and very satisfying. This has become one of the Accommodations we would like to visit again.

The meals, both dinner and breakfast, were absolutely delicious. Although I regret not being able to see the sunset due to a late check-in, the morning view of the sea from the Room was as beautiful as a painting. The staff were kind and attentive. It was a wonderful trip. Thank

We stayed here on the final day of a 3-night, 4-day long-distance road trip from Fukuoka through Hiroshima, Shimane, and Yamaguchi. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s thoughtful, guest-focused hospitality made us feel warmly welcomed and truly comfortable. The Room we were shown was very spacious, and everything—from the bed to each amenity—was high quality, leaving us extremely satisfied. That day, the view from the balcony was breathtaking, and soaking in the open-air bath while looking at cherry blossoms in full bloom soothed our fatigue from the long drive. Throughout our stay, we could feel the Accommodation’s pride and dignity in every detail, and it was a truly fulfilling experience. First, what deserves special mention is the thoroughness of the Room cleaning. Everything was carefully arranged down to the smallest detail, and the spotless space—without a speck of dust—made us feel that the fundamentals of an Accommodation were being upheld at an exceptionally high standard. We were also deeply impressed by the grace of the attendant’s service. Though she was young, she wore traditional attire, moved quietly with no wasted motion, and spoke with gentle refinement. In each gesture we sensed a polished spirit of hospitality; imagining how much effort she must have put in even brought tears to my eyes. (This old man is easily moved.) And above all, what was most outstanding was the exceptional quality of the cuisine. With generous use of premium ingredients, every aspect—the presentation, depth of flavor, and expression of seasonality—was superb. More than anything, I felt that what sustains this high level of service—and its true cornerstone—is the proprietress’s attitude. She consistently leads from the front, encouraging and guiding her staff. I was profoundly moved. These days, Accommodations like this are becoming rare. My wife and I are already talking about returning again in autumn. This is a genuinely outstanding Accommodation where you can experience Japan’s traditional beauty and refined elegance without exaggeration.

First of all, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. We stayed as a couple for one night and two days. Since there are only a few Rooms, it was quiet with few other guests, and the private open-air bath in the guest Room was spacious enough for two. The ocean view from the Room felt a bit distant, but we still enjoyed a wonderful panoramic view. Above all, the meals were delicious. We tried creative Asian cuisine for the first time, and everything—the taste, portion size, and presentation—was excellent; we would honestly come back just for the food alone. Because meals are served in-room, we could dine slowly in a peaceful setting and enjoy conversation together. The staff were very kind and attentive, making our time truly comfortable. We can’t thank you enough. Overall, we felt the pricing was very reasonable, making it easy to return again and again without hesitation. We had a wonderful time and felt refreshed. We would recommend this Accommodation to family and friends as well. Thank you very much.

Our family of five plus one dog stayed here. From the moment we arrived and opened the Accommodation door, our family couldn’t stop exclaiming in amazement! The indoor setting and amenities, the BBQ area, thoughtfully designed bedrooms based on a clear concept, a huge garden with a pool and sauna, a giant trampoline and well-equipped playground gear, electric scooters and a tandem bicycle—honestly, one night wasn’t enough. There was more than we could possibly finish: craft beer, cup noodles, snacks, coffee and tea bags, plenty of mineral water—everything was perfectly prepared with guests in mind. Next time, we’d love to come back during pool season with relatives and friends. It turned into the best family trip!

The Onsen, cuisine, service, interior design, and selection of items were all thoughtfully considered and refined. Additionally, the view from the room was exceptional due to favorable weather, offering stunning sights of the sunset, night view, and sunrise that we couldn't take our eyes off. It was an outstanding accommodation that exceeded expectations in every way.

Everything was excellent! The Onsen water quality was the best of all the many I’ve experienced. I’d love to stay again next year.

We stayed for a multiple night stay with our senior dog. Being right in front of the ocean, you can enjoy the view of the sea from the second-floor room or while soaking in the bath. Above all, the room was completely odor-free and impeccably clean. Having stayed at numerous accommodations ranging from budget-friendly to luxurious ones with our dog, I can confidently say this place ranks top in cleanliness. Even though it’s not a newly built accommodation, maintaining such cleanliness must require tremendous effort, and we are truly grateful for that. Although it rained during most of our stay, it cleared up on the last day, allowing us to take a walk with our dog by the ocean before checking out. The Minami-Boso area has places where you can dine with your dog, and since we could also order delivery at this accommodation, we would love to visit again!

The Room, bath, and meals were all excellent. The bath was an Onsen and felt wonderful, with a stunning ocean view—I ended up going in many times. Both the meat and crab were delicious, and I was especially impressed by the breakfast rice cooked in a clay pot. The staff were very warm and welcoming, and I would love to visit again. We stayed one night in the Hotel and one night in the house, and each had its own unique style. Both were wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our time there. With Mt. Fuji right in front of us and nothing to block the view, the location was absolutely exceptional. After sharpening our senses in the sauna, it felt as if energy from the mountain gently flowed into us and filled us up. The cooking experience was also great—clear, thoughtful instructions were provided, so we enjoyed the process and felt excited throughout. We would love to visit again! I had been interested in this Accommodation for some time, and this time we stayed to celebrate my son’s birthday. They took a family photo for us and showed thoughtful care in many ways. Thank you. I think this is an Accommodation where you can relax and enjoy delicious meals at a leisurely pace while having drinks. The timing of the meal service matched our eating pace perfectly. We also received warm, attentive service that made us feel very comfortable. I’m the type who likes to chat with the staff about the food and local area, and they kindly answered my questions, which made it a pleasure. We tried all of the baths. The views from the private open-air family baths on the 3rd and 5th floors were beautiful. Both the sunrise and sunset were wonderful. I would love to visit again when the autumn leaves are at their peak or when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom.
